It was yet another sunny day in Encanto. Their surroundings were filled with nothing but the sounds of people chatting and children laughing. Everyone seems to be enjoying their day. Every family seemed cheerful and overjoyed for the upcoming festivities. Every family, but one.

Deep within the woods, while Conradina had gone to the village, the Guerrera children were doing their chores as usual. Leo was busy taking care of their vegetable garden. Lorenzo, Luna's brother, was collecting eggs from their chicken coop after he fed them. Luna was with her other brother, Lauro, fishing in the river.

Barefoot, half of Luna's body was in the water. She was looking down at the fish beneath her, aiming for it with a spear in hand. Her royal blue cloak was used as something to wrap around her thick, long, and wavy black hair. Her diamond-shaped, golden yellow emblem, which was meant to hold her cloak together, was temporarily pinned onto her plain, white, long-sleeved shirt. Her olive-green skirt was in the water. The sun kissed her light brown skin, and her amber eyes matched the warmth of the sun that glistened on the river.

Her brother, Lauro, was securing their fish basket as he sat on the ground near where Luna left her brown espadrille shoes. His peanut brown pants made it almost unnoticeable that his behind was a bit dirty from the ground he sat on. He was wearing a white long-sleeve shirt with several olive-green designs and patterns. His hair was about shoulder length but tied into a ponytail. He looked identical to his sister, except that he had a beauty mark just below his right eye, and his sister had three on the right side of her face. One above her eyebrow, one on her cheek at nose level, and one on her chin at right ala level. And unlike his sister, he had brown eyes.

While Luna was busy concentrating on catching fish, Lauro's heart was racing, worrying about his sister's safety. "Lulu, are you sure you don't want to use the net?" It could get the job done faster! "

Still, concentrating, Luna replies, "No, I like fishing with this spear. Besides, I want to test your first-ever blade! Mine turned out to be crooked. You'd make a fine blacksmith one day, just like Abuela Rosa and Abuelo Juan. "

Lauro smirked and blushed after receiving such compliments from his sister. A few more moments later, Luna gave a powerful strike at the water, "AHA!" It splashed all over her, making all of her clothes soaked. She pulled up her hand and raised a huge fish that was as long as her arm over her head. "I've got a big one!" She turned to her brother and yelled, "Happy birthday, Laurito! I made sure you got the biggest fish I could find! "

She quickly got out of the water, still holding the fish up. Lauro gets up and holds out the basket, ready to drop it right in. "It's not going to be the best birthday ever without your favorite!" Luna exclaimed, happily.

Lauro's eyes lit up as he smiled from ear to ear. "Wow! Thanks, Lu! Got anything for Enzo?"

She smiled, "Yep! Got the coconuts ready! "

Lauro chuckled, "And where did you find that? That better not be one of those coconuts we can find on the ground that's spoiled and rotten."

"You think I wouldn't make an effort for my adoring clones? Of course, I climbed onto the finest coconut tree around. I happened to be a monkey in disguise! " She playfully makes a silly impression of a monkey. "Ooh ooh ahh ahh!"

The two children giggled. Their cute little moment was cut short when a familiar voice started calling them from afar. "Lauro!? Laurito!? Where's the birthday boy!?"

The children recognized that voice. And so Lauro answered, "Over here, tía!"

Through the trees, Conradina emerged with a basket full of goods. She was wearing a red cape that complemented her green dress and matched her brown boots. Her happy expression changed the moment her eyes fell on Luna, who was still soaking wet. She rolled her eyes. "Ugh! Again, Luna? "
