I was now in the middle of the lanes looking for one particular address and I was lost.
My phone beeped, I expected it to be Manav's with the address because I always dropped them at the end of the lane and never came in
So obviously I didn't know where to look for them
I looked at the message and it was a meme on Kyra actually sent from Kyra herself.

Great, I parked my bike beside the gate and rang the door bell.
Kyra excitedly opened the door.
"Hi" I said
"Veer.. " She said happy to see me "Come in"
"Officer Roy?" I asked surprised as I walked in.
"Yeah Veer, Good to see you" He said faking a smile
"I wish I could say the same.. " I said.
"Why the hell are you here? " Kriti asked putting the cookies on the table
"Jaan I.. "
I stopped myself
"Kriti we have to talk" I said looking at Officer Roy.
"Who gave you permission to come over to my place? " She asked
I'm not a vampire, I don't have to be invited over, I can just walk in.
"I did" Kyra said innocently
"Why did you-"
"Veer is my friend too Kriti" Kyra said cutting her short
"But-"
"Kriti, we'll talk about the case later, " He said when she interrupted him.
"How about we discuss the case at your place? " She asked
"Sure I don't mind" He said when she walked out in anger
"I'll see you'll.. Around" He said following her
