Avoiding all of the security bots to get to the Gift shop was not an easy task when you are also running from a glitched, 8ft tall, Daycare Attendant. I managed to slip into the shop before Moon caught up with me and hid behind the check-out counter. It was risky but it was the quickest spot I could think of with the amount of adrenaline that was in my system. I couldn't control my breathing as I heard Moon's jingles walk past outside and went up what I assume were the stairs to get to the main stage area.
Everything just didn't make sense to me. Sun told me to hide from Moon then Moon said he wouldn't hurt me but he started glitching out and goes after me. Was someone trying to get me killed? Was there just an animatronic bug going around or were they just faulty? I couldn't find any answers when my life is on the line at every turn and corner.
"Why did I decide to poke around? I'm not Sherlock Holmes or fucking Scooby-doo!" I whisper-shouted at myself.
The whole situation was too much for me to handle and I started to silently have a breakdown. Maybe it wasn't the best time but I needed to vent the fear out somehow. It lasted for maybe 5 minutes before I started to feel better. I whipped the tears away and poked my head out to see if any security bots or animatronics were nearby. The security bots were still moving around but it seems that the main animatronics weren't roaming around the area anymore. I took a few deep breaths before grabbing my map to continue my search for the hidden mystery beneath the Pizzaplex. I was too far in to give up now. I looked at my marks and decided to head towards Roxy Raceway, wondering if I'd find anything since it was under construction.
It was a hellish hour of dodging but I managed to sneak into the raceway. Of course, there were so many boxes and construction equipment in the area, making it more difficult to find secret doors. I walked around without having a clue on where to even look, I came across a door that looked suspiciously like an elevator. There was a metal fence surrounding it with a caution sign hanging on the gate.
"Well, there's no going back now."
I opened the fence's gate, slowly making my way into the old elevator. The flooring to get to the elevator was entirely made out of wooden platforms so I had to be careful. Once I made it into the rickety elevator, I pushed the only button that was covered in rust. The elevator shook slightly before making the descent to where I needed to go. I whipped out my phone with the battery pack and hit record so I had evidence if the company was actually hiding something. My heart rate picked up as the elevator got bumpier the deeper it took me. The music that played didn't help much and it didn't make sense why it would play in this kind of elevator. It was scratchy and glitchy the entire ride. Finally, the elevator stopped and opened its doors to reveal a rocky tunnel full of generators.
"What the hell is this?"
I was in disbelief that there was actually a mystery down here. If there wasn't then there wouldn't be so many generators in one place, meaning it was off the main grid. Keeping my phone recording, I cautiously walked threw the darkness with my flashlight on so I could see where the hell I was going. The area opened up to a double door that was red and had a checkerboard pattern most pizzerias would have. A security bot was monitoring the area I needed to pass to go to the door. Good thing it had a pattern like the rest of them so I was able to quickly run past it when its back was turned. I opened the doors quickly and I stopped dead in my tracks when I finally saw what was under the Pizzaplex.
A giant stage with red curtains and hanging lights was the first thing that caught my eye. I moved my phone around the room to capture everything that was in the room. Burnt chairs and decorations were littered everywhere on the floor, some decorations still hung off the wall and ceiling like they were fighting for their life. More generators were in the room but the cords lead to a giant hole in the flooring. Curiosity got the better of me and I walked slowly towards the hole. There were wooden platforms that led down to the bottom but I got a bad feeling.
"Yeah, I'm not going to attempt that. Who knows what is down there."
I recorded as much as I could of the abyss below but soon moved away to explore something else. There wasn't much else that I could find besides vents and a room that was burnt to a crisp.
"They must've closed this place down after a fire and built on top of it."
As I explored more, I realized the only exit was the way I came from and I groaned.
"I have to sneak past that security bot again and go back up that rickety elevator. This is what I get for being a curious cat."
I stopped my phone from recording, put it back in my bag, and opened the door to head back since there wasn't much else I was willing to explore. I dodged the security bot and quickly walked back to the elevator, entering it and then pushing the button to go back up. The elevator sounded like it was about to completely give out as it closed its doors but it managed to get me back up to Roxy Raceway. I got out of there as soon as the doors opened, breathing out a sigh of relief. Now that was over, all I have to do now is wait until the doors to the Pizzaplex let me out.
"I guess I can hide in the gift shop until the night is over." And that's where I started to go.
It took the rest of my energy to get through all the security bots in the main entertainment area but I got to the elevators that let me back up to the entrance. Just as I was about to walk to them, a security bot flashed its flashlight on me, causing it to let out a loud alert for the whole world to hear. I frantically hit the elevator button when there were heavy footsteps coming from nearby.
"There's nowhere to hide." It was Roxy's voice.
I looked in the direction of her voice and noticed she hadn't spotted me yet. I stayed outside of her viewpoint when the ding of the elevator turned my attention away. The noise alerted her and she whipped her head towards me, beginning to charge full force. As quickly as I physically could, I hit the elevator button inside to try and get the doors to close. They didn't close quickly enough. Roxy managed to swipe her claw at me, resulting in a painful, three-clawed, gruesome injury. She attempted to hit me again but pure adrenaline flowed through my body. With no thoughts in my brain, I pushed her full force out of the elevator just as the doors closed. I hyperventilated as I stared at the doors like she was going to come bursting through the door. My adrenaline started dying down and the pain of my injury finally hit my senses and I slightly cried out from the pain. I looked through my backpack and grabbed some bandages with Neosporin.
"Good thing I grabbed some of this."
Blood spilled down my cheek as I started putting the medicine on the bandages before wrapping them around my face and securing it on my neck. I let out a sigh and placed my head against the wall, waiting for the elevator to open up to the ground floor. The pain was almost unbearable but I needed to get to the gift shop before I rested. Music in the elevator finally ceased as I reached the main entrance. The doors opened and I scoped the area, making sure it was safe to make a bolt for it. None of the animatronics or even Moon was around, except the usual security bots. They were nothing to me since I'd been dodging them all night, making it easy to reach a hidden spot in the gift shop. I went back to the place under the counter, hiding my body as best as I can so I don't get detected. After getting comfortable in my spot, I began to slowly pass out from exhaustion and pain.
I then blacked out for the rest of the night.
