As promised, Taehyung left in the morning. He kissed Jungkook goodbye, told him to call if he needed anything, and that he'd check in soon.
Jungkook wasn't sure what to do with himself after Taehyung left. He still felt the same frustration of being mired in this gridlock, like a car that kept stalling out. One that just couldn't make it up a hill that felt steeper than San Fransciso's Bradford Street.
After moping around the house for a few hours, he cleaned the kitchen, took a shower and attempted to write something new before losing the ability to keep from falling into old habits.
JUNGKOOK: Hey, are you
back in paris?
JIMIN: hey, and no

JUNGKOOK: I just wanted

JIMIN: what might that be?

trying to feel better on my own
