"Hey there, Oscar nominee," Jungkook beamed as he hopped out of his car at Taehyung's house at the time when they usually walked together.

"What's this, Jungkookie?" Taehyung asked, smiling as he gestured to the car, pleased to see the younger.

Jungkook shrugged a shoulder, eyes crinkling, "Well, it's like a hundred degrees outside and I'm pretty sure we have something to celebrate, plus my back kinda hurts so I thought maybe we could get ice cream sandwiches at Coolhaus instead," he announced, sounding delighted with himself.

Taehyung nodded, "I'd love to," he agreed, bright and happy.

He let Jungkook lead him over to the Range Rover and open the door for him. He hopped in and cheerfully listened to the younger chatter all the way about how awesome it was that Taehyung had been nominated for Best Actor, repeatedly exclaiming how big of a deal it was.
