Adam went to the bathroom and showered, picking at some newish scabs on his wrist. He looked around for his dab pen but it was no where to be found. He took 5 Tylenol and looked around for his car keys which he also couldn't find, and when he stepped outside, his car wasn't there.
He sighed and walked to school through the windy morning, it was only about 15 minutes by foot because of the bike path that lead from the nearby park to the school, it was a 10 minute car ride with the lights and school morning traffic though. He got to school about 5 minutes before the bell rang and didn't get to eat that much breakfast but it was whatever. He got through his classes and one of his teachers pulled him aside about his D- in her class. Adam didn't care.
At lunch he was alone, like always. Carson came and sat down next to him much later. They both sat in silence until the bell rang to leave lunch and go to class.
"Meet me here after school." Neither said anything after that, they just made eye contact.Carson's eyes were a dark, yet pale green and his hair was to short to get in the way of his eyes, which showed obvious anger.
Adams eyes were a dark honey brown, sunken with dark eye bags, he looked tired and emotionless.
