He saw the drawing. There was nothing to understand but it was his son's art. He sat in her bed. He hugged the drawing and started crying. She took out a photo. It was Baba's photo. She sat near her.
"Hmm eikhon lo. Tor Babar photo."
He kept touching the photo, his smile, his little eyes.
"Ekebaare tor dorei dekhi. Mor gunei naai, bujiso. Tor lora buli pura dhoribo paari."
He kept his head on her shoulder, looking at the photo.
"Amar maajot ji hol, kunodinei kako jaanibo diya naai, ketiyao nidiu. Jaanu, mor monor pora ketiyao tor karone feelings neheraai, xodaai thakibo. She folded her hands and started crying. He held her hands and said.

He looked at her. She looked at him. Both smiled. He brought her hands and kissed it. She hugged him. It was the embrace of love, the love that was still in their hearts. He whispered in her ears.
"Please stay beside me. Don't leave me Aahi. I need you."
"I'll always be there Abhi, whenever you need me."
In the mean time, Rakhi entered.
"Hmm hmm."
She cleared her throat. They loosened the hug and slowly got away from each other.
"Abhi, tumaak sobe bisaari aase. Bhagye moi aahilu. Beleg hole siyori dile hoi."
It was inappropriate, but necessary. They went out. Aahi stayed back.
"Aahi, tumio aha."
Rakhi said.
"Moi ekeloge jaau ge ulaai. Moi jaam aaji Sivsagar."
"Arre, kelei?"
"Babai bisaari ase o mok. Xikarne jaau."
"Taako loi aahibo parila hoi deiii. Mamakor biya."
She looked at him. He was looking at the floor. She said looking at him.
"Next time sure loi ahim tar babakok log koraabo."
Abhi gave a quick glance to her. Rakhi said.
"Huh, ki kola?"
"Naai naai, eko nhoi. Tumalok jua, moi jaai asu."
As they were leaving, Aahi said
"Abhi, tor bostu keita."
He stopped and looked back. Rakhi also stopped. He let Rakhi leave. He picked up the drawing and Baba's photo.
"Thank Aahi, for understanding me. I Love You."
She blinked and looked away.
Abhi went home and Aahi packed and went to say goodbye. Her parents bid her goodbye and she went to Abhi's home.
"Khuri jaau deii. Bye bye."
"Ahibi deii Aahi edin ihot duitaak loi."
Abhi's mother said.
"Hobo khuri nissoy anim."
She got into the car. She waved her hand to everyone. Abhi was still holding the drawing in his arms and looking at her.
