PETE

I get out of the bathroom a few minutes after Vegas storms out, leaving me crying on the bathroom floor, and I go to Porsche and Kinn who were still by the bar, talking to each other. I knew that it was obvious that I had cried, my eyes were red, but Vegas' behavior scared me, not because he reacted violently with me, but because there was no longer any love in his eyes, in his eyes you could clearly see hatred that he felt for me, which means that I lost him and somehow the thought that I lost him hurt me the most.

"Did something happen Pete?" Kinn asked me as soon as he looked at my face.

"Vegas." I whisper and hear a sigh from Porsche.

"We agreed that you are not going to interfere in Pete's life, you promised me that when you asked me to take you with you." My friend tells me while Kinn grabs his hand, stopping him.

"This is not the time to start a discussion here, I don't want to spoil Vegas and Tae's party, I'm sure you two can talk about what happened tomorrow, right Pete?" Kinn asks me, and the voice it was clear to him, let's stop any discussion.

I nodded yes, then I turned to Miu who was dancing with one of her acquaintances, a friend she met before I followed Vegas into the bathroom. It was strange, I didn't feel any kind of jealousy when I saw her in that man's arms, but my heart was filled with jealousy when I saw Tae clinging to him. I knew I lost him and damn it I wanted him back. It was the same feeling as if someone took my favorite toy and didn't want to give it back.

"It's time to go to the auction room." He calls me Porsche, to bring me out of my reverie.

I see Miu coming towards me smiling and together with my friends we go to the auction hall.

A few days later

"Pete, how long are you going to ignore your annoying girlfriend, she's been driving me crazy with calls." says Porsche, who was just bursting into my room, from the primary family's house.

"I don't want to talk to her," I tell her and motion for her to sit down. 

"Pete what the hell is going on with you?"

"Vegas."

"When did you talk to Vegas? I mean, from what Kinn told me, he and Venice and Tae are in Japan, where Vegas has a business meeting with one of his friends."

"That's exactly the problem, Vegas and Tae, these two related names drive me crazy. Vegas is Vegas and Tae is Tae, Tae must be with Time, and Vegas..." I say but stop when I see my friend's displeased expression.

"And Vegas belongs to you? Is this the sequel?" he asks me, and I approve by nodding my head. "I'll be honest with you Pete, because we're friends and I think that friends should be very transparent. This whole situation is your fault, YOU chose to break up with Vegas for this Miu that I don't even likes, YOU chose to make Vegas cut you out of his life and Venice's, YOU are now the one who wants him back but too late because he's moved on, but still, don't you only want him, you also want Miu, like you, you also need a family with Miu but also a hidden relationship with Vegas."

"You spoke with him?"

"Yes, before he left for Japan I had a discussion with him, that's because at the party you were very upset after the discussion with him. I honestly don't understand you, but maybe I don't want too either. Yes, in the past Vegas was the kind who dated whoever he wanted without any feelings between them, but now, he loved you Pete, and you destroyed him. You weren't even with him when he was shot."
