Chapter 7

I woke up. My mom was still sleeping next to me. I didn't know why but I just had the urge to press a knife into my arm. The whole thing that happened yesterday was too much for me. So I took a blade and went to the bathroom. I breathed, closed my eyes and cutted my arm. 'This one is for being stupid' I thought. I cutted one more time. 'This one is for being fat and ugly' I thought.

Before the blade touched my skin again, I heard my mom yelling "Sheila where are you?" I cleaned my arm immediately then I pulled my sleeves down and leaved the bathroom. "Yes?" I answered. "I have good news!" she said excited. "My boss just called me. And he said that I can go to LA because he bought a shop there." she said while jumping up and down. "OMG and what did you say?" I screamed happy. "YES! Next week we go" she yelled. I never smiled that hard before. To live in LA is my biggest dream since I'm 5 years old. I was so happy. "Omg wait. In one week already?" I said. "Yes! oh and don't be worried about school.. Your teacher called me yesterday and said that it would be better if you do online school anyway" she said smiling. "Omg that's so amazing!" I said. I always wanted to do online school. It feels like all my dreams are coming true.

I was in the car. We were on our way to the airport. "Are you excited honey?" my mom asked. "Yes omg I was never that excited before" I said exited.

I sat on my chair in the airplane. I was listening to music.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the Captain has turned on the Fasten Seat Belt sign. If you haven't already done so, please stow your carry-on luggage underneath the seat in front of you or in an overhead bin. Please take your seat and fasten your seat belt. And also make sure your seat back and folding trays are in their full upright position.

If you are seated next to an emergency exit, please read carefully the special instructions card located by your seat. If you do not wish to perform the functions described in the event of an emergency, please ask a flight attendant to reseat you.
