As the days passed fastly both the girls were growing faster now Mandavi was
11 and Shrutkirti was 9 and the palace was filled with the antiques of the girls
With the girls around entire palace was filled with joy and festivities. One day queen Chandrabagha was going to the court and Mandavi was curious about the proceedings of the court so she asked the queen that if she can also accompany her to the court to which Chandrabagha replied that yes she can also accompany her to the court to which she said yes and then both of them headed towards the court seeing Mandavi coming, the king said today Maan is u the court to which Chandrabagha said that our elder doll want to look after the court proceedings to which king said that its good that our elder doll is investing her time in all the chores and after that she sat after Chandrabagha in the court to watch the working of the court .The functioning of the court started first the subjects came and told their problem to the king that people of their area are facing the problem of water supply and after that the king said that okay your problem will be solved very soon we a well will be constructed to which Maan thought that if anyone is a king or a queen it's their duty to keep their subjects happy and fulfill their wishes and needs after that one of the Samanta put across a petition that some people from a nearby village want to join the army to which king said that after taking their personal details and testing them admit them in the army and after that a group of women came and said that we are good in household chores if you have any work for us than please tell us we are here to serve you to which Chandrabagha said that okay as we have shortage of people for doing chores related to the kitchen I appoint as kitchen staff the head of the kitchen will assign you your work replied Chandrabagha as this was her department and then a group of traders came and said that o great king we hail you we are the traders from Sarnath and we have came here to sell our goods so please allow us to trade in the city to which king nodded and said okay you can but first submit your identity card to the clerk and after that you can do commercial work from this kingdom and further it will build strong relations between Sankasya and Kashi after that the traders nodded and left the palace and after that a cloth trader came to the court and said o great king I hail you and then king Kushadwaja said tell me your problem to which he replied that king this person works as a domestic worker in my home and in morning my wife caught him stealing the gold chain to which king said to the worker that do want to say something to which that worker said that majesty is there any proof that I have stolen the chain  to which king said to the cloth trader that do u have any proof to which he said yes my lord my wife is the witness of this incident and then his wife dictated entire incident infront of the king and then the king said to the worker that do u want to say something in your defence to which the man said I did stealing because I became greedy and after this the king said that in offense to stealing you are sentenced with the improishment of jail for 5 years to which Mandavi thought that it is very important to punish wrong people for maintaining peace and then a royal gaurd came and that my lord message conveyor came and said my lord a soilder from Manikdesh wants to meet you to which king said send him to the court and he came inside and said I hall the king ,king of Manikdesh has send a help letter for you actually a conspiracy happened between Manikdesh and Bhavnagar which has turned into a war we need your help in this will you help us in providing cavalry and weapons for the war as Manikdesh and Sankasya and Mithila have very good relations so we need your help in our difficult time to which  king nodded and ordered Suryabhan ji the senapati of Sankasya to prepare a group of cavalry and arms for the war and the queen ordered a team of doctors to be prepared to treat the injured people of the war after listening this Mandavi became very distressed she asked her mother that Maa war only brings death ,destruction, pain ,loss so why do people want to fight thousands of families get destroyed economy fells down no one remains happy so what's the use of fighting to which Queen stroke her hair and said Maan you are right but see if someone attacks the kingdom then it becomes very necessary to take stand and fight for saving the people and the kingdom fighting for self defence is totally correct and in life being practical is very important being emotional is good but there should always be a balance between both the things and if you want to lead a successful life then its very important have balance between practical and a emotional behavior and for having this balance you should get involve in everyday activities it will be excellent for your future.
