We got to a cozy restaurant and sat in a both facing each other . We ordered spaghetti , and it was amazing .

I looked up from my plate to see him looking at me with wide eyes , I raised an eyebrow .

" What ." I asked , my mouth full with food .

" I'm....just amazed by how you can manage keeping yourself fit , by eating like that . " he chuckled .

I scoffed "oh, thanks can you be any nicer ." I said , knowing my face was flustered .

"You know I did not mean it like that , you just eat not like a girl ." He cleared his throat .

"Whaa , how do 'girls' eat Mathew " I crossed my arms on my chest .

" nevermind , I was just making a point "

" I'm sorry , can I tell you something ?" I asked , and He nodded .

" I've always hated eating in public " I mumbled enough for him to hear .

" ooh , I did not mean to offend you " he rubbed the back of his neck .

"It's okay we all need to change a habit once in while , me eating more decently ; and you snoring in your sleep " he looked at me with a brow raised , and I smirked playfully .

Then we both fell into a fit of laughter , until we saw people looking awkwardly . We tried to calm down , but then we looked at each other eyes and just stoped .

The pain that filled my body since the morning suddenly got more painful , his green orbs were glowing and slowly darkening .

"Annabella may I ask you something ? " I hummed with response .

"If not for the moon goddess , and we we not mates . Would you choose me ? "

I've always thought about this question , and never knew the true answer .

But when I focused on his beautiful green eyes all I saw love , me and him together after ages still growing love for eachother . I knew what was the answer .

"Ummm....Mathew what are we doing her ?" I asked .

"Just set down and enjoy the moment " he replied , and huffed .

" fine !"

I sat on the grass and came facing a beautiful quite wood . I inhaled the forest scent and smilef slightly .

I almost forgot all my seroundings , when I felt Mathews presence next to me .

I glanced at him he was laying with both of his hands under his head .

He looked at me then grinned widely . I looked back to the woods , before I was pulled to his hard worm chest , my wolf purred at this sudden contact ; she was only waiting for any chance to touch Mathew.

I closed my eyes enjoying the moment , saving every second that passed in my memory .

"Tomorrow is the full moon " Mathew muttered.

I sighed out of frustration , that'll mean my heat will be stronger . Ooh that's fine it's not like my whole body feels like it's burning unless Mathew touches me .

I looked at the moon , "Mathew ? "
"Hmmm?"

"do you believe that the moon goddess makes the right choise with combining mates " this question has always bothered me , a lot o lycans reject each other then why did she match them .

He sighed ,"father once said when we are brought to this world the moon goddess splits your soul and plave it in someone else , and that's why mates must be right for eachother . Because they complete eachother . "

A look of guilt spread through his eyes , I knew what was going through his mind and I know whatever I'm going to say was going to make it worse .

I wrapped my arm around his torso and buried my face in his chest . I smiled when he pulled me closer to him and kissed the top of my head .
