Henry P.O.V

Believing was not easy , especially with information like that . My brain is not able to comprehend the words that came out of her lips the other night . It's been five days since I knew I'm not a part of this family .

The bottle in my hand flew across the room creating a loud smashing sound . A bottle won't make a deference the whole room was wrecked to the ground .

Is this what betrayal feels like ? Is this what I made them feel like when I took his pure soul ? She found me and saved me , I could have died years ago . A lie , my whole life has been a fucking lie . Twenty-nine year of a huge web of sad lies .

I stumbled over my feet fighting to stand up , my vision is really bad at the moment . I blinked rapidly hoping for I'd get a clearer sight . A figure walked into the room , and it was a girl.

" what do you want . " I roared , visitors is the last thing I want right now .

" ooh Henry . " her sweet voice spoke with sympathy , she went on . " do not do this to yourself , it isn't your fault ; it is her . She did this to you to us . " she growled the last part .

" no-one has done anything to us , we are perfectly fine . We are the ones harming others ." I finally admitted this out loud , for years I knew this is the truth .

" I'm the one who caused the pain ." I stated , that is the truth it always been . power blinded me .

A soft hand stroke my cheek , I instantly leaned to her touch .

" that is not true , this your broken heart speaking . " she spoke not caring about my concussion . a frown found it's way to my face .

" if they wanted you to be their son , they could have done a ritual of blood exchanging . you could have been a some how related to his family . " she continued . my frown deepened , a blood exchange would make me a part of a blood line .

" they never wanted you . everyday it would cut me deep when I hear the words they say about you to my parents to my brother . to them you are nothing but a big mistake .same ."

If my heart was broken once , well it broke again and again until it vanished . my breath hitched . it all makes sense now , how I was never treated the same , the looks I got from everyone in the palace , Daniel's never ending disappointment in my actions , and mother's treating me right . its all her fault if she lift me alone , if I died that night , if someone eles toke me ; I wouldn't be the person i am today .

I did nothing , I'm this is all Alice's fault . And now I know they are not my family nothing is stopping me from get the lead of this region . I will rule what was stolen from under my grasp , I will make everyone kneel for me .

Alice p.o.v

Five days passed since Henry's drama . Mathew is still mad at me , but a bet less ; I know Mathew is just acting hard . Crystal thinks she will do the same if she was in me shoes , I feel relieved that she forgave me . I can not afford losing my kids faith on me .

A tear slipped down my cheeks as my eyes scanned the old photos in my hands . Mathew hugging Henry when he was eight . formal photo of Daniel and the kids wearing suits .

" I miss you , I took care of them while you were gone ; but do not worry the turned great . " my hand ran over the smooth picture of Daniel kissing my cheek . a bang of hurt struck my heart , I'm lucky I didn't die ; usually mates do not last after mates leave them . I'm thankful the Moongoddess considered my young kids .

Cold air her my back , a shiver ran from the top of my spine til its end . I turned around and saw him standing there . my hand arose cover my wide open mouth .

" hello Alice ! " he greeted excitedly .

I continued gaping at him . " Henry what are you doing here ! Leave before Mathew hurts you ! " I exclaimed .

His hand flew to his chest and he pouted . " I do not know should I feel hurt because you are kicking me out of my house , or thinking I'm that weak that Mathew can hurt me . " he spat the name Mathew .

Something bad is going to happen , the look on his face says it all . " how-w do you keep getting in ? W-where are the guards ? " I stuttered against my well , he had a dark look on his face . being scared of him is something easy to slip into me .

" well...none of the guards know who I am , and they just think I'm a guy who came to ask our kind elder Luna for a favor to save my miserable life ." he smiled sheepishly .

I walked to him and pinched his cheek . " only if something unevil hides behind your smile . " his face fell and it hardened .

" why did you do it ? "He looked at me with a broken look .

"I did everything right , you broke our trust . you betrayed us . " I spat , trying to make my point clear ." Henry..."I grabbed his hand . " you are still welcomed , we want you back . let us forget the past , come back to us ; come back for me ." I pleaded .

He just stood there looking at the nowhere . I wrapped my arms around my kid , a smile cracked on my lips . before I even know life seemed to be fading away , his wicked smile was the last thing I caught before my vision darkened . my body fell to the ground slowly , making a thud . a loud scream was what I heard before I lost contact of my surroundings .
