     I'm currently regretting acting brave , this stupid wolf that got me here is staring at me and licking his lips , like you ever have a chance with me. I glared at him then spat to the side , he frowned then smirked .

      " so princess, how do you feel about your mates death . " he said smirking , I glared harder at him . He's not dead , I know it I can feel it . As hard as I'm trying to convince myself he's okay , it's still not enough ,I have to sea him ; hold him .

       Without noticing my face all pouty and tears , the mutt came closer. " look at that , ain't you cute with ur sad face ." I backed away from him . "  come on let's see what under this gown ." He started pushing the gown  over my shoulder, I looked to the side noticing a sharp rock ; I backed away further but he pushed me to the ground .

      His breath brushed my face , I almost threw up from the strong smell of blood. I started pushing him but he had no intention of moving. I kneed his groin which was a bad idea because he instantly punched me in the jaw , that hit shocked me and I stared at the rock by my side for a while, I can reach it !
    " I'm so going to enjoy this " he said and started. nibbling on my neck while his hand was creeping on the inside of my thigh and moving up .
What if I shift .
  We're weaker as a wolf  against him .
 
My hand was an inch away from the rock , fuck ! And then I felt it , his hand touching me down there ; I wanted to throw up . He moved back grabbing his length so he could position himself , that gave me a chance to move my torso and I quickly grabbed the rock . His head jerked up and before he knows it I hit him , he fell back unconscious for a second and before he could regain his consciousness I hit him again , agin , and again and blood covered the rock and my hands . " I hope you enjoyed that . " I said voice so hoarse.
    I got up before the strong urge of emptying my stomach hit me , I have to go hide somewhere!
    Let's go back to Matt.
No I can't he'll get hurt .

   I didn't find it in me to shift my body was too drained. I walked clinging to the trunks of the trees for support.

I  don't know where am I and to a certain point I don't care I just wanted to rest and sleep, and it was too dark to know where the hell I am .
I sat down trying to get my shit together , should I go back ? What if that jerk found out he'll definitely ambush Matt to kill him .
Your faith in our mate is too weak .
I sighed feeling bad for doubting Matt , but I also can't help but feel scared that I might be the reason he's dead , shivers ran down my spine at that thought.
I breathed in slowly praying to the moon goddess to keep him safe .
Rustling noise came from a bush far . Oh shit , they must be other guards checking on me . " he's dead ! " a male voice said sounding shocked.
Slowly but quietly I rose up to my feet and started moving away from the voices , I still couldn't shift so I didn't even try to , even if did in my state they'd catch up ; my best chance now is to slowly move and find myself a hiding spot that would cover my scent .
My eyes instantly fell on the small white rose on the ground , the rose had a sister and another and another somewhat making a trail which means a clearing is close , a clearing full of these heavily scented roses . Perfect!
I slowly made progress but the wolves behind me also did and they were coming close , my mind raced with a million horrible ideas and my poor body was deteriorating , I was too tired .
A howl came near by signaling they were close , I grabbed a rock and managed to place a whole lot some of what's left of my energy into my arm and I threw it in my opposite direction. Running paws turned in that direction, that was my queue to run .
I wasn't running I was limping there in high speed , a small smile crossed my face as I saw the roses track getting fuller I'm close . Another distant howl meaning they found out no one is there .

I almost cried seeing a whole field of these roses and long grass next to them a streak the was connected to a pond . This will definitely cover up my scent .
The paws sounds furiously hitting the ground were getting closer. I can't just hide between the grass , my eyes scanned this field fast , and my brain did quick math for every possible hiding spot . My eyes fell to this long thick tree , if I climb to its middle I have a chance against them .

I quickly ran to it and grabbed the first branch to start climbing, this tree is quite old because a lot of the branches snapped under my weight. My hands hurt and were going to give up on me , but somehow didn't . I continued going up looking for a thick branch that I can settle on , and I did so I reached to it and slowly shifted my weight from a branch to another before I made I wrong footing , a loud squeak escaped my mouth . The defiantly heard that !
I was there dangling from this old ass tree while killer wolves were looking around for me . " I swear it came from around here " on of the men defended.
" it better because this the second false warning " another man said angrily.
I'm perfectly hidden by the tree , and if I move it's going to make a rustling and my cover will be blown , but my hand are dying and I'm extremely exhausted I don't have it in me to actually keep holding onto the tree .
" her scent is not here or it's incredibly faint , maybe she passed here ?"
Someone else said something but I didn't hear it , I was getting dizzy and my hands were slowly letting go .
" no she's here " this sweet voice said determined .
They know, I'm sorry Mathew I tried. Tears fell to the ground as I felt them closing on me and my hand let go of the branch , it weird how all this started with me trying to kill my self and now I'm I don't want too I want to be with Matt snuggled up with him with his glorious scent swallowing me, the great smell of orchids . At that moment the scent was so real as if he was here .
Instead of falling on the patch of roses I fell into masculine arms that were soft and warm , dejavu
" got you " he said in his glorious voice then nuzzled into my hair breathing in my scent as of to make sure I was real .
I stared at my savior like this was a joke , maybe I'm actually dead , or perhaps I've lost it due to exhaustion. Either way I was happy , like the world weight was moved off of my chest . My hand crept to his cheek and pinched it . " you're real ! " I muttered .
" and you have a way to keep falling into my arm " he said playfully and hid a smirk .
In a minute my hands wrapped around his neck and tears started flowing like there's no tomorrow , he instantly did the same holding me so tight that I had no chance of escaping ever again. " don't ever leave even if it was for my sake ." Matt said or more like ordered you can hear the fear in hi voice and that only hurt me more .
One of the men that accompanied Matt cleared his throat causing my face to heat up I forgot there were others " alpha we're leaving to help the main troops "
" We're right behind you " Matthew answered his gaze never leaving mine . Men shifted and left us alone .
With no hesitation his connected our lips , the kiss was hot a feverish but it held a lot of emotion, I opened my mouth inviting his tongue to explore mine and he happily accepted the offer taking dominance over this hot kiss. My hands were all over his body feeling every inch of it so were his .
We broke the kiss panting and his eyes scanned my body and he bit his lip ." The things I would do to you if we didn't need to leave . " he sounded hungry and he looked like it .
My cheeks got hotter as I reached out and picked him on the lips . " I can't wait " I whispered into his ears which he responded too with low growl .
I stepped away gestured for him to start walking which earned me an eye roll  before he shifted offering me to sit , I was too tired to say no so I hopped on nuzzling into his beautiful smooth fur ,with that he took off .
