Jimin looked as if he was surprised to see you until his eyes slowly turned into crescents as he smiled. His hair was now a dirty blonde and was swept perfectly down on his forehead. He was dressed casually in a pale blue sweatshirt, black, ripped jeans, and black boots. He was another really beautiful man.

"I was really hoping I'd run into you again." You blushed as he spoke.

"Come on, let's go inside. It's freezing out here." He said as he ushered you inside, placing one hand at the small of your back.

"How have you been, Jimin? I feel like it's been forever since I saw you." You said shyly as the two of you waited to be seated.

"I've been okay. I'm much better now that I've gotten to see you again." He winked at you as the waitress walked up to both of you.

"Two?" She asked sweetly.

Jimin looked over in your direction and grinned.

"Mind if I join you, beautiful?"

You felt your cheeks heating up yet again. The way he looked at you and the way his voice was soft, yet firm made you feel like a blushing idiot.

"I don't mind." You replied softly, trying to hide a smile.

Jimin grinned and turned back to the waitress. "Two please."

The two of you were led to a small booth in a quiet corner of the diner. Jimin's hand never left your back until you sat down in the booth. His touch was comforting, yet firm almost as if he was protecting you.

"I'm absolutely starving." Jimin said, sliding into his side of the booth. He looked over at you and smirked.

"What?" You asked, eyeing him carefully.

"This is kind of our first date." He said, licking his lips. God, did you want to kiss those lips.

You quickly brought your eyes back to his. "I'd hardly call this a date. This is more of 'I was coming to eat by myself and you made yourself at home'."

Jimin laughed, tilting his head back slightly as you watched his Adam's apple bob up and down. His laugh was so infectious. You giggled quietly to yourself.

"I'm sorry. I just couldn't resist after our first meeting the other night." He said, his laugh fading.

Your mind immediately reverted to Namjoon. How he had barged in there and literally drug you out of the club. He had been jealous. Angry. He wanted you away from Jimin. But why, if he wasn't going to be with you the way you wanted?

Jimin noticed your smile falter and could tell your mind was wandering.

"So, was that your boyfriend that stole you away from me that night?" He asked casually as the waitress brought your drinks to the table. The both of you ordered your food and handed her the menus before she walked away again.

"No. Definitely not my boyfriend." You said with a defeated expression on your face as you stirred your water absentmindedly. You propped your chin on one hand while watching the ice cubes swirl around.

"Jesus, don't tell me you're married? Was that your husband?!" Jimin asked, eyes wide as he waited for your answer.

This time, it was your turn to throw your head back in laughter.

"Oh my God, no. Not my boyfriend, not my husband. It's...complicated." You felt your phone vibrate in your pocket and pulled it out to see who it was.

Jimin let out a sigh of relief. He rubbed his eyes and giggled.

You glanced up from your phone at Jimin and watched him relax. He was cute. You looked back down at your phone and read the text that Wren had sent you.

Wren: Hey love, just wanted to check in on you. I know it's been a while since we talked but you've been on my mind and I miss you and I love you. 💜

You smiled at her kind words. The two of you had spoken since that night at the club where you had gotten separated but it was just to make sure you were both alive.

"Thank God. I was hoping I actually had a chance."

You stiffened at Jimin's words, suddenly remembering who you were with. He wanted a chance with you?

"A chance?" You asked, trying to be coy. You quickly looked back down at your phone in an attempt to hide your nervousness.

Y/n: Thanks Wren, that means a lot. I miss and love you too. I'm doing fine...okay no I'm not, but I'm okay. Catch up this weekend? 💜

Jimin smirked as he watched you typing on your phone.

"Yes, a chance. I've been thinking about you nonstop since that night."

Your cheeks grew hot for the third time that night as you turned your face from his. He reached over and snatched your phone from you.

"Jimin!" You whined, reaching the upper half of your body across the table. You tried reaching for your phone, but he kept pulling it away from you, constant giggles erupting from the handsome man.

You sat back in your seat and crossed your arms over your chest, pouting. He leaned back in his seat and started swiping through your phone. He peeked over at you over the phone and saw you pouting.

"Cute."

You felt butterflies fluttering around in your stomach furiously as he went back to snooping through your phone. You watched him start typing something before locking your phone and looking back over at you.

"Let me get to know you. If he's not your boyfriend, you're single right?"

You didn't know. You honestly did. not. know. You knew you weren't in a relationship with Namjoon, but you also knew that you agreed to not sleep with anyone else while the two of you were sleeping together.

But nothing was said about getting to know other people. And besides, were the two of you even still sleeping together after what happened today?

Your mind was flooded with a million different thoughts. You didn't want to hurt Namjoon but you definitely didn't want to miss out on love. You couldn't put your life on hold for someone who didn't even want to be with you. Namjoon didn't want to be with you, right?

You finally looked back at Jimin and grinned.

"I suppose I am."

Jimin grinned and reached over to tap your nose. You giggled at the cute touch. He handed you your phone and you opened it. You saw Jimin's name now entered in your contacts. You grinned and looked up at him, admiring how good he was at being a flirt.

You had no idea that someone else had seen you through the window of the diner.
