The Acheing Heart: Lance x Keith

Keith's P.O.V

I'm hovering over Lance with both arms on either side of him, I'm slightly blushing, but I didn't think he could tell. "What happened to me... it's not your fault," Lance says. I don't say anything and try to get up.

Lance puts one of his hands on my shoulder as I try to get up. I look at him confused. "C-can you stay?... just for a little while," he asks. I nod and lower my body to his, snuggling into his chest as he wraps his arms around my waist.

"Hey, Lance," I say, blushing. "Yeah?" He asks. I move, so I'm slightly hovering over him. Our faces are so close, I can feel his breath, I want to kiss him so badly. "W-want to know what you said to me?... in Red," I ask.

He blushes as he nods, looking at my lips. "You told me... how you feel," I say, blushing like crazy. His face goes bright red. "W-what did I tell you?" He asks. "You told me that you like me," I say. "Um, what did... did you say back?" He asks, blushing more if possible.

I think about it for a second, I don't say anything and lean down. I stop when our lips are about to touch. After a couple of seconds, I feel Lance put one of his hands around my neck. He leans forward, and our lips touch. I kiss him back.

After a while, we both pull away. "Does that answer your question," I say, resting my head on his chest. He laughs a little as he starts running his hand through my hair.

After a while of him running his hands through my hair, we hear a knock on the door. I get up and see Lance is awake. He looks so cute, I walk over to the door and see Pidge.

"Uh, hey," she says, surprised to see me. "Hey," I say normally. "Where's Lance?" She asks. "He's asleep," I say. "Oh, well, uh, see you," Pidge says nervously and walks away. I shut the door and walk back to the bed.

Lance is now on his side, facing away from me. I lay down next to him, wrapping my arm around him. "Who was that?" Lance asks, turning to face me.

As he turns, I move my arm, and he is now resting on it. "I thought you were asleep," I say as Lance snuggles into my chest and wraps his arms around me while I wrap my leg around him. "It was just Pidge," I say, resting my cheek on his head.

[Time skip]

Lance's P.O.V

I wake up and don't feel anything next to me. I feel beside me and don't feel anyone. I open to eyes and don't see Keith. I see around the room, still no Keith.

I get out of bed and go to the kitchen. "Hey," Pidge says as I walk in, I look over to her. She is sitting at the table on her computer. "Hey," I say, walking over and sitting down next to her. "So, you got some exampling to do," Pidge says.

"What?" I say confused. "What happened between you and Keith last night?" Pidge asks. I feel the heat rise to my face. "Wh-what are you talking about?" I ask, blushing. "Keith was in your room last night," she says, making me blush more.

I tell her what happened last night, leaving out my mental breakdown. "Yessss finally," Pidge squeezes. I just laugh a little, as Shiro walks in. "Shiro, where Keith?" I ask him. "In the training room," Shiro says, grabbing something out of the fridge.

I go to the training room and see Keith. He's shirtless and sweating. I stop at the door and watch Keith. He looks so hot. Keith turns around and sees me. "Hey," he says, "Hey," I say, walking over to him, looking at his abs.

"I would kiss you, but I'm kind of sweated," Keith laughs. "I don't care," I say as I kiss Keith, and he kisses me back. "I woke up, and you were gone," I say. "Sorry, I didn't want to wake you," Keith says, walking over to the table and whipping his face with a til.

He sits at the table, and I follow him to the table. I go in between his legs, I kiss him as he wraps his hands around my neck and kisses back.

As we kiss, I hear the door about to open, I pull away from Keith standing next to him. We see Hunk walk in, "Uh, hey," I say, blushing nervously. "Hey, you guys want to come play video games with me and Pidge? I'm baking a cake. Hunk asks, Keith and I look at each thinking about it.

Keith nods, "Yes, we're coming," I say. We are in the kitchen and see Pidge has set up a big TV. As Hunk bakes to cake, Keith beats me in Mercury GameFlux 2.

After we all eat cake and play games we help Pidge bring her TV back to her room and go to ours. "Today was fun," I say to Keith as we walk to my room. "Yeah, we should do it again sometime," Keith says. "Yeah," I say as we get to my room. "Good night," Keith says to me and walks away. "Good night," I say as he leaves. I blush as I go into my room. 'I can't believe we dating,' I think as I fall asleep.
