5. Good-bye Friend

(AN: Yooooo Iam back I know I am late but I could not really hurry this chapter, this chapter is one of the most important chapters of my story and even if I abandon this story the loss is mine as I took more then 3 months to plan this story. I will complete it but I will take my time and try to produce quality instead of quantiity. (Time skip: 1 year and six months)

A year and a half had gone by since Naruto had joined the academy. He managed to keep his scores perfectly at the middle of the class, beside that he had managed master the one handed body flicker, which means he can do the body flicker with just a half ram seal.

he had mastered the leaf exercise for his chakra control where he had to stick leaves to certain parts of his body while doing the some regular exercises, the Hokage had also given him some leg weights in order to further his natural speed.

Naruto had almost learned one of the two taijutsu scrolls given to him by Shisui but decided that it would be best if he used the academy style for the time being, Yugao had also taught or more like helped Naruto in his Kenjutsu style, which surprisingly Naruto had gotten of naturally and performed it almost perfectly, When Yugao had described it, it sounded simply like flames, she said it was an extremely powerful singular strike which seemed to somehow match the Naruto's breathing pattern, if that was possible, it was like majestic, powerful, ferocious flames that had the perfect mix of power and skill which would easily decimate or in Yugao's and Shisui's words 'burn' any enemy standing in Naruto's way. Naruto had made up some of his own favourite moves which seemed to match Naruto's breathing almost perfectly and made all three of Naruto's senseis imagine that flames where being produced with each of Naruto's made up strikes. In total Naruto had made up only three strikes, but for Naruto those three strikes took a massive toll on his body as he would be exhausted to the point that his whole body would start to hurt as if he was walking through the hottest fire while wearing five layers of winter outfit, Now Naruto had more then enough chakra to do the mid-range body flicker more then two hundred times and still be able to do ten lapse around the whole of Konoha while wearing his weights with energy and chakra to spare, what did hurt him and caused his exhaustion was his lungs which felt like it had just stopped working and was set on fire from the inside and so was the same with his entire body whenever he had failed or done something wrong with those three strikes he had cake up with. The first of the three strikes was a powerful strike in which he had to charge his enemy and aim a horizontal slash towards his opponents neck, the second one was a simple yet powerful slash arched upwards And finally the third one is a strong slash where Naruto swings his blade in a downward arch.


Naruto had also introduced Shisui and Yugao to his friends, which had not changed much except the addition of a certain bug boy who liked to stay quiet, Aburame Shino had joined the Naruto's squad of himself, Shikamaru, Ino and Choji. Sasuke had also built some sort of a bond with Naruto, the kind of bond that friendly rivals have, Sasuke would even sometimes listen to what Naruto had to say in order to improve his own fighting styles and correct his mistakes, which had made him more friendly towards the blonde, which might or might not have been influenced by Shisui through Itachi, and the proof for this was clearly in their team work exercises for example a simple running course where they had to help each other and work together in order to finish the given tasks, the two would always come first in those exercises. If one was to say anything about their partnership it would be like describing Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama's level of coordination but in a much smaller scale. Though after sharing such a good bond with Naruto he would never admit it but he enjoyed their battles of rivalry which ended in both getting almost what they wanted, with Sasuke wanting to win the spars be the best in his generation and Naruto loosing, which was on purpose, and hide his true strength. Naruto had asked Sasuke why does he not join Naruto's squad with the other four to which Sasuke simply replied that he preferred to have only him as a rival, what he meant was 'friend' but damn that Uchiha pride, which did not go unnoticed by Naruto earning Sasuke a genuine smile from the blonde.
