That night Luke didn't hang up. But we didn't say anything more, we kept completely silent. I was lying down again now, with my eyes closed, but couldn't fall asleep, but I really tried.
"As long as we're talking, the harder it is to be apart from you."
I don't know how to take this because when I do it positively, I feel hope.
And negatively... Let's face it, ever since Mickey died I've been stuck in a black hole. I'm not really like that, so depressed. I was funny back then, always had a saying on my lips.
I enjoyed life.
It just feels like part of me died in the car crash. A piece I will never get back, no matter how hard I try.

The will has finally been finalized by Micheal and as it turns out I have inherited a beach villa.
And a bunch of money. Mom and that got everything else, but that's all I need.
I would also have been satisfied if Micky had only left me a few schools.
A few days later, Grace knocked on my door and told me about her date with Ashton Irwin. Apparently the two are together and rightly so.
As long as they are happy, of course I am too.
That day I went with her to my brother's grave and did some shopping afterwards. She kept telling me about how full Ash was.
I listened to her all the time while we're in the bookstore and not just one ends up in my car. I haven't heard from Luke since the conversation.
Then we said goodbye again and I make my way to my parents, because I haven't seen them for a long time.
The fact that I got promoted was pretty good. The relationship between the two has normalized, it became easier for her.
I wish I could say that about myself.
Towards evening I finally got home and saw Altias crouching in front of my front door. Dropped his head on his knees. It looked like he was crying and all I could think about was what the hell is he doing at my door? Why isn't he sitting at his and sulking around?
"Altias?" I asked anyway, out of politeness. He looked up and our eyes met. Red, bruised eyes, pale face.
Okay, apparently it's serious.
I put the bag down and crouched next to him in the hallway, leaning my head against my front door.
He observed everything closely and finally raises an eyebrow.
"What are you doing?".
"I'll keep you company until you find out what's going on with you."
His head slammed against the door so I felt the slight vibration in the back of his head.
"I can't," he mumbled.
I don't really care what he's got, but he's been pretty nice to me so far. "But you can tell me," I encourage him again.
"Do you know that? Unrequited love?".
I nodded. "I didn't think my best friend was a pop star's sister."
Why is he suddenly changing the subject, above all, what does that have to do with the other subject?
Wait a minute, am I your best friend?
"What's going on?" I asked again to get the actual conversation going again.
"I had a wife.. Half a year ago," he began.
He had..
My heart contracts.
"What happened?" my voice is suddenly hoarse, from far away. "She died giving birth to my child. It was a stillbirth".
Oh my god, this is hard.
this is so hard
First he loses his wife and then it turns out that the child is already dead.
I pressed my lips together tightly and just put my hand on his that was next to us.
A person does not need more when he is at his limits of grief.
You just need the feeling that you are not alone.
