"GIVE IT BACK!" Liz yelled in my ear and I rolled my eyes. "I told you I don't have your dumb ass makeup!" I yelled back as I skipped steps on the staircase. "Yes you did! Because you're a theif and..." Her voice kept going but I put in my ear-buds and searched for a song to play. If my spring break was going to be full of her and Georgina nagging in my ear, I swear it will be a crime scene here. I shut my door and locked it behind me before she could get in. I heard her banging at my door, but I clicked a song and the door was silenced.

I soon became bored, and I refused to be stuck here for 2 weeks, doing absolutely nothing. I looked at the window over my bed and slipped on some black flats. I put a navy blue sweatshirt over my black leggings and crawled onto the bed. I put my phone in my sweatshirt pocket and lifted the heavy window. I swung my feet out the window, scooting to the edge. I looked down and remembered I was on the second floor. Shit. I wouldn't get hurt too much, would I? Should I even take the chance?

I sighed and looked around. The rain pipe next to my window was my last resort. Getting a firm grip, I swung my body from the window and slowly descended. I slipped and fell from the second floor, hitting my back. "OW." I whisper as I scrunch up my face and look up. I could've jumped. I got up, wiping my backside, making sure I didn't have grass or anything else on it. I start my walk, enjoying the get away from that hell hole.

I was texting dad when I was pushed into a body. I hadn't noticed where I was walking or who was around me due to my music, but my ear-buds were ripped from my ears as I was gripped tightly by the arms. "You're a pretty one, yeah, you are." A man says, walking up to me. I try to shake from the other mans grip except it only got tighter. "I don't have any money, so please let me go." I say, and even though I was terrified, I tried to stay as calm as possible. He walked closer to me and I only stepped back in the man's chest some more. "We don't want your money, sweetie. I'm sure a pretty face has a pretty body under all of that. She'll fit perfectly. Boss'll be happy." The man's laugh was disgusting. Enough of this. I kicked my leg up behind me, hitting the man where the sun doesn't shine.

He lets his grip go as a grunt escaped his lips. The other man pulled out a knife, and I backed away. Suddenly, big arms wrapped around my neck and squeezed. "Mark her!" The man choking me yelled. I gasped for air as the other man came closer to me. Nudging the blade pass my skin, I screamed at the pain. I felt the motion on my leg as they became weak. My vision became blurry when a dark figure knocked the man cutting me over. The man let his arms go and I fell onto the ground, trying to get my breaths back.

My vision came back and I gripped my thigh, yelling from the pain. I looked down at it and blood was everywhere. Tears passed my eyes as I was rolled onto my back. I blinked the tears away, trying to see who was there. I finally was able to see and it was a guy in a black mask. He had dark black hair and he wore a suit with blue going across the chest. He ripped some of his suit and wrapped it around my bleeding leg, making me yell in agony again. He picked me up bridal style, and I looked back. The men were beaten to a pulp, but then my vision went blurry again. Then blackness.

When I woke back up, I was in a hospital bed. I had a headache and I could barely feel my leg. I then remembered everything. I looked around, for anything, but nothing. I looked to the side to a note, and I hurried and grabbed it.

Don't you know not to walk around in Gotham at night? You passed out from blood lost, but you should be fine now. They gave you pain killers, so you shouldn't feel anything yet. You're in good hands with the nurses and doctors at Gotham General, and I recommend you don't use that leg for a while. You should be out soon, and I'll be watching over you. Be careful next time.

SO THAT WAS NIGHWTING! I just had an OH moment. He said he'd be watching me...well over me, so I guess that made it sound less stalkerish. I looked out of the window from the bed, wishing I saw the Nightwing in action. I sighed.

Just another great way to start out my spring break.
