"I guess you should take some rest , you were up all day and even donted the blood, your body might need some rest " the kind nurse suggested amaal ,who was trying her hard to not to doze off while sitting outside the ICU, thinking if alyhan would need her anytime .

" I'm fine " she lied . Her eyes were feeling heavy and body was exhausted ,but still she wasn't ready to leave alyhan alone .

" Don't worry, I will be here " amaal nibbled her inner lips while looking between the nurse and the icu door ." Don't worry ,the guy is all fine, he just some more rest and then he would be really fine, he would wake up in a hour or so . Now you go and get some rest " amaal reluctantly walked into the rest room of the hospital and layed down , her body relaxed as she fell on the soft mattress and within a second she dozed off  into heavenly sleep .

Time flied into the mid night when alyhan waked up and all he saw was samiya sitting beside him while holding his hand . He blinked his eyes several time to know that he was not hallucinating .His eyes glanced up at the wall clock to see mid night , he then looked around to find himself in the hospital bed .

"What am I doing here and  Wasn't amaal was supposed to be here with me  ?"  his eyes were not lieing to him as it was really samiya sitting beside him not amaal and he was laying in the hospital bed  .

When alyhan moved his hand out from her grip, she slowly felt a jolt and slowly lifted her head up .

" You waked up? Wait let me call the doctor " samiya stood up to call the doctor when alyhan holded her hand .

" How did I ended up here and what are you doing here , When did you came ?, where you all night here ?" He asked . samiya slowly gave a small nod.

" When I came to your home to give some  sweets to you as it was my sister birthday ,I saw you laying on the floor in unconsciousness and I was scared for a minute but then I called up for a ambulance and we ended up here " samiya had enquired about the girl who had admitted alyhan here to know that she had already left and after gaining more knowledge about the girl  through her father power by checking the  cctv camera here , she came to know it was amaal . Blackmailing amaal to shut her mouth up was not so hard and as samiya really wanted to impress alyhan and get into his good side , she thought it was good chance and used it properly .

" Wasn't there someone else in the house ?" Alyhan asked with hopefully eyes , his heart praying for a yes when all his hope died  when samiya said

" No "alyhan heart clenched thinking amaal left him for dying and didn't even bother to help  him but it  was samiya who stayed with him and helped him.

" I was scared  when I saw you laying there breathless , I was really scared of losing you ...alyhan ...I wa... I was...I was scared for you ...alyhan " samiya  fake cried .

" I ..was...I " crocodile tears rolled more down her eyes" I was...scared for ..you.." she was abruptly pulled into a tight hug . Alyhan holded her tight. Samiya had saved him even tho he has ignored her and insulted her many times while that bitch had left him dying when he had showed her all his love .

" I'm sorry amaal for taking the place of your credit , but I really need it . Alyan looks good with a beauty like me not a garbage like you , and I don't want alyhan to be sympathetic towards you "  she smirked and rubbed the fake tear while hugging him where  alyhan heart shattered into million pieces by thinking about amaal .

" Why did you left me amaal ? I loved you but you..."  He glupped the lump down his throat .

" Did you really stay? " he asked while hugging her where samiya let out a small yes while her entire body giggled with excitement with warmth of his .
