i said leave but
all i really want is you
to stand outside my window

Lana sat crossed legged on the floor of her glass cage, watching the closed door for, what felt like, an eternity.

She didn't want to do anything anymore, she wanted to fall peacefully asleep and never be awoken.

She looked up quickly at the sound of the door creaking open slowly, Wanda stepped inside.

Lana had no words for the girl, she knew she could never be forgiven for what she did, Wanda looked so angry yet she didnt utter a word at the initial arrival, she only used her power to slowly open the cage Lana was sat in.

Lana stood up, feeling as if she had a chance to talk to the girl.

"Wanda.."

She didn't reply, only stepping closer to the girl.

"I'm sorry." Lana whispered.

"No you're not." She shook her head, before blasting an energy beam, Lana dodging it- seeing a hole now in the wall behind her where she once stood.

"Please, wait! Wanda I swear that wasn't me it was Hydra."

"I don't care, I just want to hurt you now." She said simply yet piled with colossal levels of emotion. Grief overpowering anything and everything in this moment.

Lana heard a commanding voice she couldn't ignore, to fight her back. She didn't want to, at all.

Yet she started to block attacks, kicking, punching. She had no control.

This only made Wanda more angry, causing more damage to Lana and the room around her. Wanda's hand formed a grasping form, surrounding Lana with her power and lifting her in the air, practically carrying her out the room.

"You're a liar. You've never been anything more to me, Lana." Wanda yelled as she forced the girl to the large hallway, Hydra guards surrounding and watching this interaction.

Lana was put down, only for more attacks to be hurled at her, only this time they were from multiple people.

"I don't want to fight you Wanda!" Lana yelled, trying to escape Hydra's hold on her thoughts, but still no one replied to her. As if she was alone in a crowded room.

Lana felt a new strength inside her, as if she was almost indestructible, she assumed it was from the high amounts of adrenaline.

"Stop!" Wanda listen to me!"

"Why would I ever do that?"

"Because this isn't what you want! You know this isn't want Pietro would want!" Lana yelled, trying to get through to the girl, but this only angered her more.

"Don't ever speak of him again." Wanda screamed with glossy eyes, energy beams pushing towards Lana rapidly.

"Wanda I had no control, that chip you saw was only one part of years of manipulation and torture. Please I know you don't actually want this." Lana tried to speak confidently, but it was hard when there was groups of people trying to bring her down at a time.

A man came running towards her, she immediately kicked him in the teeth, straight after punching a man in the nose who was coming behind her.

"You have to believe me!"

She kicked her knee into a mans stomach.

"Wanda!"

Jumping over a man, holding his back and pushing him down as she landed on her feet.

All the men now were in extreme pain from Lana's new found strength, giving her a moment to talk to Wanda.

"Wanda!" She screamed louder now, getting frustrated, it was almost as if she couldn't hear her. "I know you're hurt, I'm so so sorry, I understand that you're in an indescribable amount of pain-"

"How could you understand?" Wanda cut her off.

"Because I lost you." Lana stated, leaving Wanda a bit more human than she was before. "and I don't want to lose you ever again."

"Wanda, I love you, I've loved you since we first met and you were shy and timid and could barely look me in the eyes but I saw the dimples and freckles aligned perfectly on your face, and a kind yet hurt girl displayed in your eyes. I've loved you since we were fourteen, trying to act as if what we were living was normal and you were the best thing in my life, because no matter what you managed to make me so happy. I've loved you since you entered my life again, and I loved you so much that I thought I hated you, and I can't bare to lose you again because I want to be with you, by your side, holding you hand, for the rest of my life! I want to grow old with you, Wanda! Please tell me you feel it to."

Lana looked at Wanda with hopeful desperate eyes, her heart pounding and her breath quivered.

Then she saw Wanda raise her hand, and any optimism in Lana's face drained. Until, she saw the energy rush past her exactly, hitting a man coming behind her, pushing him into the wall.

Lana looked back at Wanda.

"I love you too."
