The head buzzed, my stomach churned, my palms sweaty. It was dark, I didn't even know if my eyes were open or closed. Suddenly..a familiar voice said "Babe..please..don't leave me.." I felt my eyes whelp up with tears, Alex. Maybe I was safe now, or maybe I'm not, and this is all a dream. "I can't lose you..I love you." A felt warmth come over my body, light appeared, there was a blurry faced Alex infront of me. "I love you." Is all I could whisper. He clutched my right hand, "Is this real?" I choked. I heard him chuckle "Yes. I'm here. Your safe. Get some sleep." I listened to him and drifted back off into the darkness.
