As you finished up at the shop you looked over to where Kid and Killer were and called out, "I'm gonna be heading out. You two fine or will I need to come in early to work on the paperwork in the morning?"

You heard Kid grunt from under the hood of the car he was working on, and you simply rolled your eyes until you heard Killer, "You're fine, y/n. I'll handle the paperwork tonight before a I leave just go on and relax for the rest of the evening."

A soft smile pulled at your lips as you finished cleaning the grease off of your hand, "Thanks, I appreciate you two letting me leave early today..."

Kid shut the hood of the car and stared at you, "Just go on and get out of here already. We don't need you."

Glaring at the redhead you sighed before you headed for the door, turning right before you reached it you yelled, "Killer! Tell Heat and Wire I said thank you for coming in to cover my shift. Let them know I'll treat them to lunch sometime."

You chuckled and raced out the door as a piece of scrap metal came flying towards you, you could just barely make out Kids' words before the door shut, "I said get the hell out of here already idiot!"

Walking over to your bike you sighed before putting on your helmet, the drive was a blur and before you knew it you had pulled into the driveway of the Newgate household. Barely managing to get the helmet off of your head you were attacked by Luffy and Ace, as you laid on the ground the two of the began talking at once it wasn't until you heard Sabo that they stopped talking, "Luffy! Ace! Get off of her. Sheesh you two let her up and if you are both talking at the same time there is no way she will be able to understand a word either of you are saying."

They quickly got off and left you laying there on the ground, you began to laugh before you sat up, "Thanks Sabo! I don't know what I'd do without you. Also, what the hell Ace! Cheating and attacking me with Luffy doesn't count as knocking me off my feet."

Ace rubbed the back of his neck before laughing, "I didn't think that it would count but it was worth a try. That isn't the only reason..."

Luffy quickly cut him off, "Are you going to learn some more recipes from Thatch today?! Can I try them all?!"

You stared at Luffy for a second, "Oh, umm, I hadn't planned on it, but I certainly can. Honestly..." rubbing the back of your neck you continued, "...I won't lie I didn't even realize I was here until I pulled in, I kind of got lost in my thinking while I was driving."

Sabo looked at you for a second cocking his head to the side he stared for a few minutes, "Everything alright?"

Your smile dropped as you stood up and looked away, "I'm good just...nerves I guess."

Thatch and Marco popped their heads out the door to see where the boys had gone to in such a hurry and when they spotted you small smiles formed on their lips, "Well look who showed up to see us, I was beginning to think you forgot about us-yoi."

Your eyes lit up as you chuckled, "As if either of you would let me forget about you. God it's been how many years now?" Beginning to walk to the house you stopped in your tracks and turned, pointing your finger into Ace's chest you said, "Don't you even think about saying you won, it doesn't count if Luffy or anyone else helps! I won't build you a bike until you can successfully knock me off balance by yourself."

He kicked at a rock that was sitting by his feet, "Yeah, yeah, yeah. I get it. So picky..."

Smiling slightly, you ruffled his hair causing him to get even more frustrated, "I only do this because I want you to earn it. Let's be honest Pops spoils you all and you especially don't have to work for much. I promise I will build it exactly how you want it but only after you've earned it. You should consider yourself lucky that I'm not going to make you pay for it as well."
