"C'mon Y/N!" Sauske yelled back at you. While you carefully tried to get over roots and duck under tree branches, Itachi just walked through it all. Like it didn't faze him. Made you just a little tiny, itnsy bit mad.

"Itachi I swear to god if this is your way of trying to show off and bulldoze your way through this entire forest I'm going to drop kick you and call it self defense." Everyone stopped and turned around to look at you. Mandy, who was still just a voice in your head. Went from light giggling to full on laughter.

Jesus I watch too much dream.

Itachi looked back at you blankly." I'd love, to see you try Y/N." He said with a sarcastic smile.

"I will personally destroy your bloodline.-" you stopped yourself.

"Itachi...psst. Is she ok or has she lost her mind?" Sasuke tried to whisper but failed.

"HEY I'M RIGHT HERE YOU KNOW!" Itachi laughed at your anger. Because he and you knew you wouldn't do anything about it.

"We should probably keep moving to get to where we're going. Ya know before it gets dark." Sasuke said calmly.

"This isn't Minecraft we'll be fine. And we have Itachi, nothing could go wrong." Itachi looked you up and down.

"The hell is a 'Minecraft'?" Itachi asked, severely confused.

"It's amazing that what it is now hurry up before I start getting mosquito bites." You three moved up the mountain faster. You, being the least experienced in climbing had a harder time. Suaske laughed and sped up.

"The last one to the top has to be it in a game of tag!" Almost immediately Itachi disappeared. And you just dropped down to the ground, not like you got that far up anyways.

"Yeah, I'm going home. C'mere girl!" Your amazing dog came skipping out from around a tree." Ready to go home?-" Quickly, you felt an arm wrap around your stomach, and then you were thousands of feet in the air. Or at least that's what it looked like. The top of this cliff they were trying to get you to were definitely high. The arm let go of you and in just a few more seconds Jelly was up right next to me, looking both as scared and confused as I did.

"Jelly...Are we dead?" Jelly just let out a huff and turned around to lay down. Up here was much different from down lower where you just were. The sun felt like a warm comforting blanket and instead of looking up and seeing the green of leaves and trees, it stretched for miles. It looked so pretty. You had to stop yourself from taking a stop off the cliff and into the sea of green.

"Sasuke! Looks to me like you're it!" Itachi yelled down to his little brother. You turned your head, Itachi was surprisingly close to you, and he turned to look at you."C'mon, you should go hide." He laughed and disappeared. For a second you were still in shock from the quick movement. But Mandy snapped you out of your little trance.

I should probably start running.

You turned all the way around, with your back to the edge, and started to look for a place to hide. All these trees and nowhere to actually hide. Footsteps came in your direction hurriedly." Sorry girl but you're gonna have to stay here." Jelly let out a huff and put her head down on her paws. i ran to a tree, quickly climbing it. Kakashi had, surprisingly already been in the tree? What the hell?
"Oh, Y/n. A pleasant surprise," he said casually, bookmarking his place in his book. "What are you doing up here?"
"Shhhh, I'm hiding," I said putting one of my fingers to my mouth. Geez its weird remembering I'm like 8 now.

"...all the way up here?" I nodded at his question and looked past the leaves to see if I could spot Sasuke. He was down there and talking to Jelly. From this high up, I couldn't tell what he was saying but after he was done talking to her he walked out of my line of sight.

i let out a puff of air and attempted to get comfortable on the top of this tree. The scenery was beautiful, I felt like I could touch the sky from here. it was so pretty.

Mom would've loved the view. i thought to myself. And then a pang of guilt hit me. I never thought i'd be so homesick and helpless.

"Y/n, is something wrong?"
"...i feel like I don't belong here sometimes Kakashi. I feel out of place, like a puzzle piece that goes to a different puzzle." I brought my knees to my chin." I don't feel at home here..." I felt my eyes water a little bit, and say Kakashi shuffle uneasily.

"I-i meant with the kid. The Uchiha child." I cursed myself for being so stupid, but i'd laugh it off.

"oh, haha, yeah no we're fine," I whipped my eyes and sniffled." We're just playing a game of hide 'n seek is all." I refused to make eye contact with him. This all feels like a dream, none of this was included in the anime besides the characters. My arrival isn't something that should've happened. And it gives me a weird feeling.

Itachi was found before me, surprisingly. And I could hear the faint yells of my name in the forest. Jelly even barked at me to come down. And when the two Uchiha boys came back to Jelly, I was sitting right next to her. "Geez what took you two so long?" as far as I knew, Kakashi was still in that tree. Watching. I felt a small chill run up my spine.

"Well, Y/n you are surprisingly good at hiding," Itachi said calmly, sitting down on the other side of Jelly to pet her.

"Nah I think you guys are just bad at seeking." I giggled, still feeling a bit embarrassed from venting on Kakashi. I never felt like he'd be a real father figure to me, but damn not knowing how to handle my emotions sure did put him in a slight dad-ish position.

"What! Y/n, no. You are not allowed to make fun of my seeking skills!" Sasuke said running at me. "Come here!" He ran at me and I tried getting up as quickly as possible but tripped over my own shoes, letting out a small 'omph' sound as my face hit the dirt. i could almost hear Kakashi's chuckle from here.
