Chapter Seven

Genya immediately bent down

"Muichiro! Muichiro, can you hear me!"
He called over and over

I have to take him to Ms. Shinobu! She'll know what to do!

He logged Muichiro on his back, the fainted Hashira's arms around his neck, and Genya started walking to the Butterfly Mansion

"P-please be okay, you'll be fine." Genya pleaded

The walked to the Butterfly Mansion was long and tedious, but Genya was willing to go through it. He couldn't let Muichiro die

When he arrived, he saw Shinobu talking to Kanao

"Miss Shinobu! Over here!" Genya called

The Insect Pillar sprinted over to Genya and noticed unconscious Muichiro on Genya's back

"Oh dear! What happened?!" She exclaimed with worry

Genya explained about the mission and their fight with the Couple Demon, and how Muichiro passed out at the end

As Shinobu laid Muichiro's on a bed, Genya was trembling with worry

When Shinobu was done prepping, she told Kanao, "Kanao, can you please get the pills on the top center shelf in my offfice? Thank you, I appreciate it."

Kanao came back with white, hard pills in a plastic container, and she set them on Muichiro's night stand

Shinobu examined Muichiro, and took numerous of tests until Genya couldn't take it

"W-what's wrong with him?! I need to know!" He exclaimed

Shinobu turned to Genya, "I'm afraid Muichiro is going to be in bed for a bit. Recently, he has put too much stress on his body, and since he is only a young child, and even with his Hashira training, his body still cannot take large amounts of stress. The Hashira all have told him to take breaks, but he keeps forgetting. You know Tokito with his poor memory."

Genya stood there, frozen

Shinobu added, "But do not worry! Tokito with be in tip top condition in a week! And this has happened with many young demon slayers! But, it is not fatal!"

Genya bowed, "Thank you, Miss Shinobu. I will be on my way."

Shinobu said that it was no problem, and then she left

Genya stood by Muichiro for a bit

"Muichiro, if you can hear me, I really hope your doing okay. It's getting late, but I'll visit you tomorrow, I promise."

Genya turned to leave, but turned to smile at the young Hashira one more time.
