A/N: Okay, it's been a while since I updated and that's because I thought I'll be able to write this whole chapter with everything that happened in CC hospital then go back to Worquace and after 2 or 3 updates there, go back here to start a new day in Kiorin's life, but no!
For some reason it didn't go as planned.
And so, I'll be going back to my word and will be publishing(maybe) another chapter here then go back to Qu.
OR I'll be updating both idk.
May you bear with this inconsistent author, dear reader.
Anyways, that's it.
Enjoy the chapter!
Warning: Errors ahead.

CHAPTER 13: Purple and Panick
Once out of the room, in our costumes I clenched my eyes due to the bright lights.
Damn, I didn't know it was so bright in the hallways.
The 'doctor' who now I'd like to call Purple-since I realised I didn't know his name- pushed me into the hallway.
True to our plan, we managed to freely go around without anyone stopping us or questioning who we are.
I'm actually pretty surprised about that, because there are more than 100 guards in the hospital-crazy I know- and somehow no one asked anything.
I find this scenario somewhat hilarious. Imagine, here we are, people who are literally pretending, and here they are, soldiers, who we pretty much just pass by.
"Oi, don't stop pretending like a senile grandfather!" Purple whispers under his breath. To which I tried to make myself go limp, and just try to look like I have amnesia.
I don't know what I look like but it's fine. If someone asks I'll just say, "My pet cockroach! Is that you?" I'm sure it will work.
We turned into a few corners and I just kept on pretending I'm high.
"Say, purple. Where are we going?" I ask him.
"Purple? Oh, because of the eyes..." He dragged answering his own question.
"My name is not purple." He firmly says. "Call me, Lore."
'Lore? Weird name. That is, if that's his real name.' I thought.
"Yeah yeah, so where are we going?" I asked again.
"Based on the blueprint I have, there should be a file room on the 6th floor, so that's where we're going." He says pushing me into a line of people waiting for something in this small corridor thing... I don't know what it is.
Suddenly, I hear sounds and there's this thing that came down and opened.
"What the heck is that?!" I whisper yelled holding the wheelchairs handles for dear life.
Purp-I mean, Lore looked down at me confused. "You've never seen a lift before?" He asked.
"What's a lift?" I asked back. He didn't answer for a short time and just stared at me.
Then, he sighed and chuckled. "Looks like you are an old man after all. A lift is a small room which has the ability to go up and down on different floors. It kinda has the same use as stairs but lifts are much easier."
I gathered the info he said and throwed out the insult. I watched as people began walking inside the "lift".
Then suddenly, Lore pushed me as well.
