Andrew and I decided to just eat from the fridge. I knew what the basic things were from the kids at school but ms. Hanson packed our lunches so I never got to eat much of it.

"Okay! This is quite an empty fridge," Andrew started enthusiastic and ended disappointed. "We'll you can't have the gin. Ooo I have leftover Chinese from...last week. Sorry Riley, I guess I'll have to get groceries. In the meantime, is there any food you want that we could order?"

"We'll, the kids from my school could get burgers from the lunch line. Could we order that?" I asked hesitant from fear of being wrong.

"Oh ya, I know just the place! It's a real hole in the wall. Well for NYC anyway. Come on, we'll walk," Andrew grabbed his coat and the door, closing it behind us, marking our departure.

Three blocks later, he stopes in front of a burger bar called 'show stopping burgers.' For the city streets in the summer, there weren't a lot of people.

"Anything look interesting?" Andrew asked, pointing me to the menu.

"I'll just get whatever you get," I said, seeing the 14 options. Who knew there would be so much variety for a simple food. Andrew nodded and walked up to the counter and ordered two number eight meals with a water and a hi-C, whatever that was, payed and thanked the guy.

"Come on," he said, motioning to the other side of the counter where a sign read 'pick up.' "It's gunna be a bit." We stood there in silence for a moment, my mind racing to try and find a way to fill it.

"So..." I finally said not knowing where it would go. "What does and average day for you look like?" Really? That was what I can up with?

"Oh, well, I get up and get ready at about eight and unless I need to go do something for work, I'll stay at home, chill, maybe go see friends, try and find a job. Whatever really. But lately I've been having more and more unwanted free time so.., well that's where you come in," he smiles. "I figured I'd like to have a kid sometime and I've got the time now so here we are!" I grinned at his caring demeanor. He's the sweetest thing actually. "And I'm glad I did!" He added marking me feel even better about our situation.

"Riley Rannells!" I heard another man behind the counter yell. I looked at Andrew puzzled. Did he mean me? No there has got to be someone else he means. Just then Andrew smirked at me and walked over to the counter, thanked this man, and came back with a paper bag and a drink catty, still grinning. I don't know what to say. I hadn't heard someone use my name like that yet. Not even by Andrew. I was a Rannells. I couldn't stop blushing at the thought.

"Do you wanna eat back at the house or I know a court yard near by if you wanna do that?" The man asked while checking the bag for all he ordered. I didn't answer. "Riley?" He finally looked at me. My mouth agape, I still couldn't speak a thought, mostly because I had none. He just beamed at me knowingly. "Come on," he told, "let's go sit!"
