Hannah's pov
Now that I knew my dad was going to be okay there was only one more thing I needed to do.
"Hey Ryder I need to get some air you want to come with me?"
"Yea sure."
We walked outside and I told him we could go set on the bench away from everything. I think he knew that I wanted to talk so he just followed me.
"Look Hannah there's something I need to tell you."
"Ok but me first. You had your chance to say things at the restaurant but you left before I got to say what I needed to say. So this time I will do the talking."
"Look about that I'm sorry."
"Ok now listen. You left before I got to tell you Luke is not the guy I want. At the time yea I thought I did. That night we um made love yes I was hurt and it shouldn't have happened."
"So we were a mistake?"
"Will you just shut up please?"
"Ok sorry."
"No we are not a mistake just how it came about was. Man I am doing this all wrong. I don't love Luke I couldn't because my heart belongs to someone else."
"Look Hannah I get it ok we are just friends and I am ok with that. I'm sorry I left you there. I am ok with us just being friends so you have nothing else you need to say."
"You never were one to just shut up and listen were you?"
I didn't know what to do to get him to just shut up and listen to me so I leaned in and did something I have wanted to do since I realized I was in love with him. I kissed him with all the love and passion I was feeling for him. At first I thought he was going to pull away put all he did was pull me on to his lap and start kissing me back. I pulled back breathless.
"Now will you listen to me?"
"Um yea sorry."
"What I am trying to tell your stubborn ass is that I love you, and if you wouldn't have left I would have told you that sooner."
"Damn I feel like such an ass now."
"Well you are but I still love you."
With that being said we started to kiss again. I felt like everything was finally the way it should be. My dad was going to be ok, and Antonio was out of our lives for good. So now we all can finally have that happily ever after.
