CYRAN
Riding around the states has its advantages and you get to enjoy different places and their scenaries along with meeting new people and enjoying the many different adventures along the way.
That's what me and most of the guys in my club did this year. Although we did it with a time limit because it was to help raise money for my sister's big Charity fundraiser she was throwing this weekend and I always make sure that me along with other motorcycle clubs do it as well to help raise money.
Every years we always raise a whole lot of money and each year we try to also try to get more than the year before.
Years ago I had finished with my initiation in getting into the same biker's club as mine and Angelyne's parents were in when all of a sudden, they were taken down by the feds as a result from some snitch of someone from what I heard, one of the club's rivalries.
Then as if that wasn't bad enough, I had my heart ripped out of my chest a few months prior. That year was a living hell close to the end and ever since that shit happened, I made a decision that I was not going to allow myself to go through that hell again.
Angelyne and I left town with a few of the members' help. They told us where to go and who would help us out in taking care of us and then one day, after deciding that we didn't want to be a part of THAT particular business that that particular club was into, Angelyne and I eventually left and I had made so many friends throughout the years (some who I have had stand by my side since I was seventeen) whom are now part of my club, 'The Twisted Saints.'
I have a great crew. We have grown a great reputation and people think twice before double crossing us. Not saying we are 'saints' necessarily, because we do deal in things involving weapon trading as well as own our businesses including bars.
We do what we have to do to survive and don't work for the government, they work for us.
I have always wanted to be in a biker club since I was six years old and watched my parents growing up living the life. The family we had and friendships we created and the lifestyle.
I especially loved the fact that my mom was a ride or die type of chick. She was a sweet and gentle mom but if you ever crossed her or stepped out of line, you had better run. My father was the same way.
Angelyne and I have always been close though and best friends. We always had each other's backs and have been there for one another. No matter what happens, she is the one of the few people in my life I can ever trust.
I have my best friend, Atlas who happens to be Vice President of the club and then there are Esteban as the rank below Atlas and then Esteban's brother, Romeo.
Now don't get me wrong, I trust all my guys, but those are my top people.
There isn't a day that goes by however, when I don't think of Trix. I remember nicknaming her that when we were messing around and I teased her a little about her name. Then it stuck somehow and everybody started calling her by that name.
I've gotten so tired of hearing about that saying where time heals everything and despite it being just a mere few years, shit still sucks. Still hurts like hell.
So I drown out those feelings and throw them away just as she easily tossed both her and I away when she up and left without saying shit to me, and now I drown out shit the best way I know how and grew up noticing many others do - I drink it all away.
Despite seeing her face every time I sleep with someone or at the bottom of every single bottle, she's there. I need to fucking forget about her and I can't. Yet, I don't ever want to see her again.
"Get your lazy ass up, bro!" I heard Atlas knock loudly on my bedroom door, waking both me and this girl, Nikki, I have been seeing. Nothing serious of course since I don't do that shit, thanks to Trix.
"I'll be out in a minute!" I yelled out in reply before rubbing my eyes to open them up more before getting up.
While sitting up on the side of the bed and getting ready to take a shower, I felt an arm wrap around me and a kiss from Nikki.
"Why does he have to pound on the door so early, like he's the damn police?!" She mentions.
"To wake me up and make sure we all stay on schedule." I answered then got up and headed into the bathroom and took a shower.
After finishing getting ready for the day, I headed out to meet the guys who were already waiting for me and Nikki in the lobby and all set to head back out on the road.
"Damn, it's about time you woke up. We have to get going if we're going to make it to Angelyne's fundraising the day after tomorrow." He reminds me.
"I know. And we will. We're gonna grab a bite to eat real fast at the restaurant across the street first, then we'll head on out." I reassured him.
"Then let's get going." He hurriedly suggested.
I understand he is all about staying on schedule, as I do too take being on time serious as well. However, I was not as serious as he is. Such as he will get upset if you are even five minutes late to something. Never knew why, but I don't question it.
Once we were all finished eating, I informed Angelyne that we would arrive right on time and to have everybody be ready for our arrival.
I love my sister and have never been away her for as long as I have this past year but it was all for helping raise money for the chairity event, so I did so. Plus I love to travel especially by bike.
Next chapter will be posted soon! :)
So by next week, I will begin posting more chapters for this story because I will probably be finished with 'The Runaway' by then and once I begin to post the next chapter for this story, I will of course announce it on my message board to let you all know when I do! :):) Hope you all enjoy this! :);)
