CYRAN

My god! The few clients I have met up with and who Wilder has introduced me to are very rich and powerful men.

One of the clients was actually a woman who I personally am a bit fearful of by the way she presents herself. But these people pay big and I for sure wouldn't have to do this gun running business for too long. Maybe only would need to for a year or two.

A couple of the clients however, didn't show up and we had to reschedule to meet up with them another time. So I ended up heading over towards the new clubhouse to check-in on the progress and it is looking just as I had hoped it would.

Then as I was heading back to the clubhouse to see what Bellatrix was doing, I noticed while quickly looking over to my left that she was sitting and talking to some guy.

I had to do a double take at first and before I jumped to conclusions and lost my shit, I decide to calm myself down while making a U-turn up the street then make my way back down there.

After pulling up and parking behind the truck, I got off and walked up to her. She looked a little surprised but not in a necessarily good way.

"Hey baby." She greeted me with a kiss and a smile as she hugged me.

I kissed her back and hugged her as well. Then took a look at the guy she was talking with.

"Who's this?" I asked as nicely as possible.

"Hey man. I'm Todd. I'm a friend of her family's. It's nice to meet you. She's been talking a lot about you." He comments.

I shook his hand back and honestly felt a bit better but yet was a little unsure still since he said he was a friend of the family.

Not that I haven't met her whole family or a lot of them. In fact, just her parents I have met really. Also, I have never heard her mention him before. Yet, I will not be jumping to conclusions.

"You as well. Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt." I mention.

"Not at all. Why don't you join us." Todd suggested.

"Sure." I accepted with a smile then helped scoot in Trix's chair before taking a seat next to her.

"Do you want a drink Cyran?" She asked.

"Nah! I've had a couple of red bulls, so I'm good babe. But thank you." I smiled and kissed her again.

We all three sat there for a couple of hours just talking and he asked me some questions as I did with him and he seemed like a real cool guy.

Then right when we were saying 'goodbye' and everything, he told us that he promised he wouldn't mention anything to her parents. In which I felt was odd in a way because I thought she had already mentioned to them her and I were together.

Although I guess it would make sense that she didn't because of how protective both her parents are and how bad her dad would react. In which I could understand, of I ever had a daughter, I would more than likely threaten the guy or something to let the person she was with, I meant business.

"But hey, even though I won't be telling them, doesn't mean I'm not gonna leave without doing my duty as someone who cares about her. That if anything were to happen to her, I know twenty different ways to make you disappear." He threatened me.

I held my hands up a little in surrender.

"Todd!" Trix said.

"Hey, I respect that. And I promise, I would never hurt her. I'm in love with her." I say the last part while looking into her eyes and smiling.

She began to blush and hide it a little.

Todd then nodded his head before he took off and as Trix and I began making our way to the truck and my bike, I stopped and had her turn to look at me while leaning back up against the truck for a moment.

"Wait. So your parents have no clue we're together?" I came right out and asked.

She put her head down before looking at me again and explaining.

"Yeah. They don't. Really that's just because, well, it isn't anything like me being embarrassed or ashamed or anything like that, but you know how my parents are and especially my dad. I mean, do you remember when you came over to take me out for the first time?" She reminds me.

"Yeah." I laughed. "He had did the over protective father talk and a really scared me. I mean, he sounded as if he was working for the Mafia or something." I joked.

She half smiled. Oh my god. Did he work for the Mafia? Is that why they had to leave? Oh my.god, that has to be the reason. Wow.

"I swear though, soon we will tell them. Together." She says.

"I'm not worried. When the time is right, we will." I smiled reassuringly and then began to kiss her.

"Let's go home. I'll make us some dinner and then maybe we can make a fire in the fire pit out back and relax." She suggested.

"Sounds good to me. I'll follow you home." I tell her.

She smiles in reply before we give one another a kiss and we begin making our way back home.

I'm real glad that I didn't assume anything and was actually feeling good just knowing that she introduced me to a friend of the family. He's still a part of that family so it was real nice I got to meet him.
