Chapter 3 | The gang

Your POV:
I made Sodapop, and Steve stop with me, so I can get a drink from a Dairy Queen.

After that we made our way to Sodapop's house. Once we got there, Steve bardged in the door saying that I'm an asshole for the oil on his face.

I walked in the house smacking Steve on the back of his head. Sodapop walking behind me, doing the same except he hit Steve's arm.

I said hi to Darry, and Two-bit, then I walked over to sit next to Pony, who was doing his homework by Johnny.

"Hey Johnny." I tried to ruffle his hair, but instead patted his head because of the hair grease. "Hey Y/n." "How's the homework Pony? Wait, I thought we didn't get any today."

"This was homework for yesterday, I forgot to do it. And now Darry is forcing me to do it now." Ponyboy explained. "And you better get it done today, Ponyboy." I raised my eyebrows at Darry.

"Let me see this." I said taking Pony's homework away from him. "Boy I swear to God, this shit was easy." "Watch your language Y/n, Dar doesn't like that."

Winston

Dallas had walked through the front door saying that, and I rolled my eyes. "Whatever Winston." "Who pissed you off today? It's hilarious." Dallas said with a chuckle.

"When you walked in the door." "Wow. Man that almost reminds me-" "I don't care what you have to say, Winston." "Oh but it's about your dear brother, Rick." I scoffed, "what would you need to say about MY brother."

"I saw him a today man, and he was in fight. Guess with who." A smile appeared on his face. I groaned.

I put down all the answers on a piece of paper, for Ponyboy's homework, walked to Winston, slapped him, then walked out. "Fuck you Winston." "When and where?"

I was walking down the road to the park when I seen a red mustang slowing down and driving by. These aren't my brothers friends.

Dallas' POV:
I started laughing. "You got homework answers from her man? Wow. I thought you were better than that Pony." "Whatever Dal."

"Wait she gave you the answers? That girl. Sodapop. Tomorrow at work you better tell her not to do that again." "C'mon Darry, at least Ponyboy can turn that shit in now."

"Heheheh👹👹" I laughed again, "alright man, I oughta head out. Buck is throwing another party tonight."

I walked out of the house and down the road. Man that fucking Soc, Y/n, she sure is a bitch.

"Get off of me!" I turned my head to the sound of a broad screaming, it was in the park. Really?

I walked in the park and seen a red mustang, oh these Socs in my turf. Once I got closer I was able to see that Y/n was the girl screaming. The Socs were grabbing her, and pulling her, one of them had her arm.

I started running towards her, and the next thing I know, she slugged one right in the face, knocking him back. "You little shit! Your going to get it now!" "Get away from me!" Once I made it to her I immediately started pulling them off of Y/n.

I had got them off, and pulled Y/n into me, pulling out my switchblade, pointing it towards the Socs. "Y'all can go find your own broads, this ones mine." "Says who? She's Rick's sister, she ain't belong to you. She belong to us."

"Not this one, she's mine. NOW FUCK OFF BEFORE I KILL YOU." I said letting go of Y/n and running toward the Socs with the blade out. They had ran back to there car.

I put the blade away as they drove off, and started walking toward Y/n, I picked her up and threw her over my shoulder. "Your welcome."

"Thanks but I could've handled them myself." "No you couldn't." "Your right. Thank you." "Whatever, man. Your coming to Bucks with me." "Why?" "Because I'm not letting a broad like you walk alone again. You were able to hit that one in the face pulling him off of you, but next time there gonna have both your arm tied down."

"...Man, I didn't think I would be out here saving Rick's younger sister." "Can you put me down at least?" "No you'll just run off."

My heart rate sped up. Wait what. My heart rate sped up?! No. No it didn't, man.
