Enemy Of The Past

_The female General_

The afternoon sun was shining very bright than its usual appearance.

The Dark operation force officers were dressed in their uniforms, saluting the corpse of their death General, who passed away at a very young age of 57, holding their M16 upwards, they started shooting up in the sky seeking for his soul to rest in peace.

After a week of the funeral every member was back to his normal duty, as they waited for the arrival of their new General. The lieutenant general, the captains, the sergeants and the Major general gathered in the conference hall, with older retired Majors and Generals, discussing about the next General.

"As we all know, since we started this force, each country that we worked with has to rule, the last general may his soul rest in peace was from South Africa, the next one will be from Dubai, as it is written on the list. Your new General will be arriving on Wednesday at the recruitment party"

''Work with your new General with all respect and trust me, she is a no joke... Oh right I forgot to mention it will be a female General" Said the former Major general making eye contact with every person in the hall, as their face expressions changed from normal to angry and surprised looks.

"And just because she's a lady, you don't look down on her or i know she wouldn't let you anyways. The same punishment will be done to you, like the previous ways. So now any questions?" He looked as a lot of the captains raised their hands.

"Captain Luke" He pointed to the red haired officer

"Why is the new General a lady? I thought it was said that no lady will rule again?" Asked the Captain in his hoarse voice, not only his look but his voice was also indicating he is Irish.

"It is said that we should check carefully to avoid problems like the ones we had with the last one" The soldiers kept asking questions about the next General, especially that she's a female. He answered each of their questions but wasn't satisfied, he didn't get any from the Lieutenant Generals.

"Lieutenant? Any questions?" Jadd raised his head from looking at the paper he was reading upon hearing his name.

"No sir, we will do as you say, we make sure respect is giving to the new General" He replied, Ramis nodded agreeing with whatever has Jadd said, he was just waiting for this meeting to be over, so he can go back to his training.

"Alright officers, here we come to the end of the meeting... ACTION MOST BE TAKEN AND NOT JUST BY WORD" He said their motto as they all repeated after him. They all got up and saluted the senior officers as they walked out except for the Dark Shadow's Major general who stayed behind.

After them the Lieutenants and then the captains began to walk out, murmuring about the new General, guessing how she will be like and what she will do.

"Jadd, Ramis here" The major stopped them. They looked at each other before walking to him at the front seats.

"Why didn't you two say anything?"

"If right is to be done, we got nothing to say"

"Do you know that she's a resigned soldier from the Dubai army?"

"Really?"

"A three star General actually, she resigned after fighting against the Hallowas"

"She is the one? I thought that she died" Stated Ramis

"Nahh, she joined the army for some reason and after that dirty fight she disappeared, but still has contact with the General, she's one different kind of a girl" He said thoughtfully.

"So now she's unknown to the world?"

"Yeah totally unknown, no one knows her location, I don't think she will agree unless she is told this is a secret force"
