I walked out of the room holding up the information about Kayrov in my hand, I finished analyzing it. We will be going back to the Barrack today when Jayden arrives I certainly cannot wait to meet Ammar it has been just a month since I saw him but it feels like years.

It is currently 4pm, the others are outside by the lake enjoying the place for the last time. My injuries haven't healed completely but I need to go back for my kid and the plan.

"Gen you know this is a vacation right?" Asked Ayman teasingly

"What are you still doing here?" I rolled my eyes seating down on a rock next to Jadd.

"Enjoying the weather? Do you remember the time we went to Hawaii?" My eyes widened as I realised where he is going to.

"Hold this please" I gave Jadd the files he nodded taking it.

"We told you it is Goa and you literally dressed in a Lahenga Mama gave you" He stopped laughing coughing.

"Wait how comes she doesn't know?"

"She always declines vacation offers so Kareem and I put some sleeping pills in her chai and she slept the whole way, that is not the best part, sh-"

"I will kill you" I stood up and ran towards him, his eyes widened and he stood up running for his life. He ran and stood behind Jadd after cycling them for about five times.

"Please no man she will kill me"

"You should have thought twice before talking" Said Jadd laughing as he moved.

"I hate you all" Yelled Ayman holding the hand I twisted earlier.

"We don't need your love" Said Ramis laughing as we all laughed as well.

I think all of us needed this little time away from the military world, I don't remember the last time I enjoyed my time with a bunch of people like this it has always been just me and boy. Except when I go to Dubai but even around that time I was always on a mission.

"Hey guys did you hear that someone showed up and actually beat up the Mafia that they came for the girls?" Said Dania coming towards us, with Jayden behind her.

"Good to see you General" He saluted and smiled

"Good to see you too Eagle" I smiled back

"Why isn't that surprising?" Asked Ayman looking at me

"What is that supposed to mean?" Asked Ramis

"When you broke the news earlier have you forgotten who was there?" He raised his brow at me as they looked at me.

"It wasn't me"

"Yeah help shows up when you need it the most"

"Yeah you need to have a strong believe" I nodded my head giving an innocent look.

"I can't do with you" He said laughing. I looked at Jadd who is giving me a weird look.

"Dude"

"He is falling all over again" Said Jayden laughing while Jadd shook his head his cheeks and ears turning slightly red.

"I wish this will last but saving the world awaits!" Said Ayman standing

"Me too, it is so good getting away with my favourite people" Added Dania

"I will make sure Rooney hears that you are replacing her with the General" Said Jayden opening his mouth wide open.

"You can't they are both my favourites" She pouted

"You can't have two best-friends so choose" Said Jadd teasing her too. She turned and looked at me furrowing her brows, opening her mouth and closing it.

"You cannot do that I will not give my approval when you ask for her hand" Jayden's eyes widened.

"Oh no I didn't mean that Danny, you know you my favourite" He yelled and walked after her more like ran because she is also running.

"Hey can you help me pack?" Ramis asked Jadd

"I didn't tell you bring so much stuff"

"I will tell her" He looked at me threatening Jadd. Who stood up and walked to the door mumbling stuff.

"Yeah I love you too" Yelled Ramis whilst smirking.

"Remaining me and you" Said Ayman which I ignored.

"Will you walk me to the car?"

"No"

"Please?" He pouted looking at me. I rolled my eyes and stood up walking towards his Black GMC Terra where two soldiers are standing.

"Sometimes I forget you are someone important to the world" I said. I stopped and look back at him, he stopped walking.

"What now?" I said. He came forward and hugged me, not like his normal hug a bit long and tight.

"Let me go Man, I am not dying but I could kill you" I said after some seconds and he let me go, his eyes turned a bit glassy.

"Always with the sassiness but I will miss you Roozy"

"You are a grown man"

"So?"

"Deal with it and act like one please" I smiled slightly ruffling his hair. He removed my hand and held it looking at me.

"Okay this is weird"

"Shut up I am trying to put the words together"

"What w-" I can get a little talk-active when I am with him, I don't why maybe because after Ammar he is the next I am comfortable with.

"About the other day I crossed my line and I am sorry Roozy, I didn't mean it, i... I literally grew with you and not once did you let out your sadness you always swallow it and it is not good for your health, I just wanted you to burst out but you didn't, you just proved you are not only the bravest known but the kindest too" He looked down at his hands that is holding mine.

"Ayman you like Ammar to me, you hold a very special place in my life and I will always try to not misunderstand you, so don't worry I will be fine, you have a whole country on your shoulders I am not so good with words and you know that but whenever you need me just one ring okay?"

"Okay inshaAllah" He hugged me again after greeting the Arabian way. I was never a fan of that though especially the peck on the side of the cheeks.

"Now get out of here and remember to be careful!" I pointed to my head. He nodded and saluted me for some reason. This guy is always weird but then I can't help but feel proud, I pray I will always be there for him.
