The bakery smelt like freshly baked bread and was filled with people, it was currently the much rush. That is the perfect time to go for the good's, currently the baker is dealing with a large line of hungry customers.

'Ok, Arson you got this. Just in and out while they're distracted' they think hyping them self up. They slowly moved successfully into the back where all the backed goods are.

Arson grabs two loafs of bread putting them in their bag and trying to get out there as quick as possible without being caught.

They almost made out the front door when they heard, "HEY GET BACK HERE YOU THEF" a customer yelled after noticing the child had stole from the store, and with that Arson bolted being chased by the backed after he heard that someone was trying to steal from his store.

Arson was running as fast as they can trying to think of a plan of escape when they thought of something that might work if the other person played along.

Then they saw two women, one with brown hair and soft brown eyes, and the other with brown to pink hair and with sharp heterochromic eyes. Seeming to be on a supply run.

Arson ran up to the two putting her plan in motion hoping that would play along until the backer leaves.

[MERIA'S POV]

Meria was talking with Techie getting to know her better while they go on a supply run before they head to the next town after they decided they're going stick together for the foreseeably future. She felt more complete and felt like she could at least trust techie even after the warning from her dream not to trust people as easily.

Everything was going smoothly until a young demon ran up to them bursted out crying and yelled "MOMMA" Meria didn't know the child but noticed they where being chased and understood what they where doing, so she replied with "oh dear where have you been! I've been looking you everywhere sweetheart"

Techie looked confused until she made eye contact with Meria and understood she was telling her to 'just go along with this and we will figure it out from there,' then techie also noticed the baker running at them at full speed so she stepped in front of them stopping the baker from getting to the demon and spoke.

"What's the problem here sir?" Techie asked pretending to be interested in why he was chasing the child down the street. The baker responded with "THAT PEST STOLE FROM MY BAKERY AND SHE NEEDS TO PAY FOR WHAT SHE STOLE" techie sighed before she asked "how much?" "Huh?" The baker seemed to calm down at that "how much do they need to pay for what they stole?" She questioned again.

"6 silver coins" the baker answered, with that techie took out her coin Sack and gave him the said amount of coins. "Now, off you go. Sorry for the trouble my sibling caused" the baker simply nodded and walked away.

Meria watching the whole interaction making sure to be ready in case she had to step in. When the guy was fully out of view she let the young demon go.

"So, stealing from local bakers and dragging strangers into your problems? Not the best of plans, you'r lucky I understood what was happening and played along" Meria stated talking to the kid like a mother would scold their child.

The child seem surprised by that most likely expecting them to have a far worse reaction. Before whispering "sorry, and thank you miss".

"No problem kid, now if you don't mind me asking. What's your name?" Techie asked the question she knew Meria was thinking. "My name is Arson" they mumbled loud enough for them to understand and not have to ask the little one again.

"Well my names Meria, though you can call me Emme if you'd like. And my companion over there is Techie" Meria smiled at the kid and Arson smiled back. Meria noticed that Arson was staring at her like they wanted to ask something but wast sure how to approach the topic

So she asked "is everything alright Dear?" Arson seemed to pause at the nickname, not in a bad way but more in a way that they weren't expecting it. Nether the less they answered the (technically by mental and physical age) older question "um, I know this may be weird but I was wondering if I could join you two in your travels because I'm not able to earn money for my self due to my age? And I feel a connection with you two like I've finally found two missing pieces of myself" the younger responded whispering that last part under their breath for only them to hear.

"you can join us, if you can keep up that is" techie teased and Meria laughed before grabbing Arson's hand to make sure the child didn't get lost in the crowed.

But little did they know that both of women heard them with difficulty of course, but couldn't help but notice that they two felt like they where now almost complete.
