When you met JJ Maybank two years ago you were just kids hanging out, now you were almost adults, who were in a serious relationship. Before JJ you didn't know who you were, even before you were together he helped you remember who you were. As time went on you helped JJ, when it came to his dad, his trust issues, his kiara feelings. Eventually he got emancipated, he was better about letting people in and he admitted his feelings for you. You got together almost immediately, you felt the exact same. It truly was perfect with him. Everything just fell into place.

Before JJ you were pretty reserved in the sex department. You had only been with one guy before JJ, you dated him for 2 months before he started asking for more. At first you objected but after weeks of him guilt tripping you, you were tired of saying no. So you let him take your virginity. You felt like you owed him that. Afterwards you felt like shit. You knew something was wrong. When you told him he broke up with you saying, "I just don't feel like I'm enough for you." To be fair he was right.

JJ showed you that it didn't have to be something that's dirty or bad. He made you feel comfortable in your own skin. He never made you feel bad or like you had to say yes. He waited until, you were ready. Truth is you never wanted to say no to him. He was good, very good. It was addictive for you. So you decided to get on the pill. Just as a precaution. You both knew you wanted kids, but not at 17. He wanted to be dad, he wanted to give his kids what his parents deprived him of. You knew he'd be a good dad, he doesn't let himself love easily, but when he loves he loves hard. You had always wanted kids. You loved the idea of sitting on your front porch watching your grandkids run around in the front yard. With JJ, you wanted it even more.

A couple weeks ago you scheduled an appointment for today, to be prescribed birth-control. You picked up your purse and made your way to the front door. You turned to look in the mirror before walking out. You took a deep breath, you knew if wasn't a big deal, but it felt like it was. It was a new era of your life. "Hey," he said softly, grabbing your attention. He walked up behind you wrapping his arms around your waiste, looking at the two of you in the mirror. "Hey," you breathed. You turned to face him. "You don't have to, ya know?" He reminded you.

You nodded, assuring him. "I want to, J." You promised. He smiled down at you. "It has to happen, we have literally no self-control." You giggled. His smile grew, he leaned down pecking your lips briskly. "You, with no condom, anytime? I think that'll work for me." He joked. "I'm sure." You grinned. You hugged him tight, "okay I have to go, before I'm late." You pointed out.

He sighed releasing you. You stood on your tippy toes quickly kissing him before walking out to the Twinkie. You started it up and made your way to the Doctors office.

~~~
You were there, signed in and waiting. You sat in the waiting room, in the most uncomfortable chair. You pulled out your phone to pass the time. Some one should be calling you out any minute. You opened a message from Kie. "Hey girlie, I know this is a big deal for you. Don't be nervous. You should be excited for the next chapter of your life. Luv ya babes, see you at JB's tonight, right?" She sent. You smiled at your phone, about to respond. " Y/n, Y/l/n?" A nurse called from the hall. You smiled and nodded, grabbing you things before following her. She lead you down the hall to a scale right outside a room.
"I'll just have you step right up here so I can get your weight and height." She explained. You stepped up standing there for only a moment. She wrote down the information. "Alright," she opened the room door. She gestured to the bed with paper on it, for you to sit. "Doctor Peters should be with you in a moment. You nodded with a smile before sitting down. She left, closing the door behind her. You took deep breaths. Calming yourself. If your mom knew you were here she'd kill you.
The doctor walked through the door, with an inviting smile. "Good afternoon, Mrs....." he paused as he looked down at your chart. "Y/l/n" he adressed you. "Good morning." You greeted him, he took a seat in front a computer. You heard some clicking as you stared at the wall ahead of you. "So it says here your wanting to go on birth control, is that right?" He asked spinning around facing you. "Yes sir." You answered. He let out a belly laugh. "Don't be nervous y/n." He acknowledged your worry.
You smiled, waiting for his advice. "Alright well that should be easy. I'll just have to run a few blood test and take a few x-rays to make sure there would be no internal complications." He explained trying to calm your nerves. "Oh ok, that's fine." You agreed.
~~~

They took your blood a few x-rays. You were told the wait would be about half an hour to fourth five minutes. It had been an hour. You told you self not to worry. It was probably no big deal. You jolted up when the door opened. He held up the implant. "This should protect you from any unexpected pregnancy for up to 3 months." He explained, his tone matching the good news. "Here's the thing though." He pulled his roley chair in front of your bed. He sat with a sigh, you were staring a hole through his head, you felt your hands shaking, "what?" You asked unable to bare the anticipation.

He looked up to you with sorry eyes. "You may not need it. It's your cervix. We think there's a high possibility you may be infertile." He told you. Your eyes widened at the words. You felt your nose sting as tears threatened to fall. "Wh-what, does that mean." You stuttered, trying to maintain eye contact.

"Well we'll have to run some other tests to confirm, but it would mean your unable to get pregnant." He explained. You nodded trying take that in. A tear ran down your face as you picked your nails. "Do it." You ordered. "Do the tests." You said again not willing to believe it. Your seventeen, you haven't even gotten to try yet. He nodded. "Okay well we would need bone marrow." He warned you. You nodded agreeing to what ever it was they would need. He stepped out of the room to get the equipment.

As soon as the door shut you collapsed back into the bed, this couldn't be true. You wanted to call JJ, right then. But what if they were wrong? What if you told JJ and he worried for no reason? You decided to wait until after the tests.

Dr. Peters took the samples and was supposed to be back anytime now. He walked in and you sat up straight staring at him for an answer. His face said it all. In that moment you were numb, you weren't sad or mad. You weren't anything. You grabbed your things, you couldn't be in that room any longer, "I'm so sorry mam." He said. You walked passed him with a blank expression out the door without a word. You got to your car and went home, not the chateau, home. You couldn't tell JJ, not yet.

Should I do a part 2 of you telling JJ?
