"Can you two please shut up?" I groan tugging at my hair. Carter and Tori have been arguing for the past thirty minutes about their Halloween costumes and I can't take it anymore. They want to go as Mario and Lugi and they are trying to figure out their outfits and now, they are bitching about Tinder.

While Rae, Julie, and I are doing homework. Well trying. Julie put her AirPods in ten minutes ago while mine died and are charging.

"Tori is being way too fucking picky with her men," Carter grumbles as her brown eyes jump over the screen of Tori's phone. I glance over her shoulder as she swipes through Tori's Tinder. Tori is huddled close next to her.

"Isn't that breaking a code or something with Asher?" I ask turning back around to homework. Carter let's out a loud laugh.

"No. This is for Tori's purposes because she is so damn picky," Carter states.

"And she is right fucking here. I am capable of swiping on Tinder," Tori grumbles. The words on my page blur and I turn around. I'm over homework, this conversation sounds more interesting anyways. I turn our dinning room chair around and lean over the couch.

"Maybe there's a better way to find a guy," I suggest scrunching my nose. A pale skinned shirtless guy pops up on the screen with the captain "call me daddy." I gag while Carter tosses the phone back to Tori.

"Yup, done. I don't miss Tinder," Carter says quickly shaking her head at Tori. She narrows her eyes at Carter grabbing her phone back. Tori gasps loudly before sending a dark fist into Carter's shoulder. Carter lets out a high pitched yelp whipping towards Tori.

"You Bitch! You accidentally swiped right!" Tori exclaims shoving her phone in Carter's face. My jaw drops when a I see the 'you're a match' in green wording across the first picture he has up. I bust out laughing bringing Rae and Julie's attention to the situation.

"Ow! You violent women! That hurt!" Carter yells slapping Tori's bare shoulder. Before Tori has a chance to retaliate our front door opens. Asher walks in looking miserable with his hood pulled over his head and sunglasses on his face. He grumbles out a 'hello' heading over to Carter who has raised eyebrows.

"You okay Asher?" Julie asks as he bends down to kiss Carter.

"I'm tired and taking a nap," he mumbles walking away from her. Carter's face scrunches up as she gets off of the couch.

"In my bed! What about yours!" she yells running behind him. I let out another laugh and go around the couch to sit beside Tori. She has unmatched with the kid and she continues swiping through Tinder.

"Why are you looking for a Tinder date?" I ask her tucking my feet underneath my butt. Tori flips her hair over her shoulder with a sigh.

"I don't know, I need some spice in my life," she explains. I totally get that. Especially when majority of your friends have someone automatically in their corner. We all love each other but we are girls after all and are bound to piss each other off. It's nice having that type of person. That knows what you're talking about but is an outside party.

"Have you matched with any one of interest?" I ask her deciding to help her a bit. Carter, while I know she was trying to help, definitely hasn't been doing the single life for some time now. Carter walks back down the hallway with annoyed look on her face.

"He's fucking grumpy."

She plops down on one of the arm chairs, "Find any men?"

Tori shoots her a glare as she puts her hands up in self-defense. I glance over Tori's shoulder but she tosses her phone to the side. She lays her head back with a groan. I also lay mine back too. I release a breath too. Today has been exhausting for some reason and I might take Asher's idea for a nap.
