sometimes its better to say nothing,
leaving the words you need to say,
to build up inside like a bucket of water,
just on the brink of the tipping point,
until one day it pours out,
every emotion you have ever felt,
out in the open for everyone to see,
but that is still better than how you really feel,
because honesty hurts more than keeping quiet. ~j.p
