Cassie's POV
After I leave Tori's room, I head into the kitchen. I knew Liam didn't really need to check on the other guys, he was just making an excuse, so I skip out on trying to find them. I open the fridge to see what there is to drink and I'm shocked when I see over 10 flavors of soda, 2 gallons of milk, different juices, and very expensive water. One Direction's management is going to send out a team of guys to replace the food, drinks, and anything else that's necessary to survive every two weeks. I don't understand why we need so much, when it will just be replaced in two weeks, but oh well. I grab a bottle of Voss water and shut the fridge.
I walk out into the living room and sit on the red-leather love seat. The theme in this particular living room is red white. There's another sitting room upstairs, and the theme of that room is blue and grey. This house is so huge. There's a main floor, basement, upstairs, balcony, and a porch. It's insane.
"My room's upstairs, why?" I hear a deep voice ask from somewhere in the room. I turn around to look at who is speaking and I smile when I see Harry and Niall chatting.
"I was just wondering. My room's also upstairs, it's the biggest one," Niall brags to Harry. I start to giggle, but cover my mouth with my hand when the two boys turn to look at me.
"Cassie!" Niall yells across the room. He looks back at Harry as if to double check if I'm Cassie and Harry gives him a nod, I smile. "Cassie, hey," Niall walks over to me and he sits on the recliner across from the love seat.
"Niall, hey," I wink.
"We haven't had a proper hello, so I decided to get that out of the way," Niall says. "How do you like the house so far?" He asks.
"I really like it. It's huge," I say honestly and Niall laughs.
"Your face when you said that was so adorable," he pauses. "You were all wide-eyed and amused. I love it," Niall continues. I feel my cheeks get hot and I know I'm blushing. I'm not used to guys complimenting me all that much, especially not famous ones.
"Ahhhh, Niall," Harry breaks the silence. He walks over to Niall and I then sits down on the love seat next to me. "The King of awkward silences," he finishes.
"Am not!" Niall argues.
"Yes you are! You always compliment people in the weirdest way and then make things awkward," Harry laughs.
"I didn't realize things were awkward," Niall says.
"Exactly! You always make the other person feel awkward while you sit there unaffected by the awkward tension," Harry laughs even louder and Niall smiles.
"Whatever," Niall giggles. "I'm going to go cry now because you love to make fun of me," Niall fake pouts.
"You know I love you," Harry grins at Niall and both his dimples show.
"I love you more," Niall licks his lips trying to be fake seductive which causes Harry and I to burst out laughing. Niall runs out of the living room, leaving Harry and I alone.
"How are you?" Harry asks me.
"What?" I ask.
"How are you?" He repeats the question.
"I'm fine," I pause. "How are you?"
"I'm wonderful. Thanks for asking," Harry grins.
"No problem. What made you ask me that?" I ask seriously.
"I'm not sure. I just wondered how you were," Harry trails off. "Is that weird?"
"No, no! Ugh, sorry. I'm just not used to people asking me that randomly," I hide my face in embarrassment. Harry gently pulls my hands away from my face and looks me directly in the eyes. We sit like this for a few seconds, just looking at each other, before Harry directs his gaze to my hands.
"You better get used to being asked that more often, because I'm going to ask you how you're doing now everyday," Harry states.
"Okay then," I smile. If I wasn't blushing already, I know I am now.
"Are you hungry?" Harry asks. Changing the subject.
"Extremely. Why?" I ask.
"So am I. Let's go get everyone together and find some place to eat. My manager said there's a few places to shop and eat down the beach a ways," Harry says.
"Sounds good," I smile. We both get up and go to find our friends.
