Everyone gathers around the kitchen table.
"It's grown." Hopper says. "A lot, and I mean the place is crawling with those dogs."
"Demo dogs." Dustin says.
"Excuse me what?" Hopper asks.
"I said uh, demo dogs." Dustin says. "Like Demogorgon and dogs. Like you put them together, it sounds pretty badass." Dustin says.
"How is this important right now?" Hopper asks.
"It's not, I'm sorry." Dustin says.
"I can do it." El says.
"You're not hearing me." Hopper says.
"I'm hearing you." El says. "I can do it."
"Even if El can, there's still another problem, if the brain dies, the body dies." Mike says. "If El closes the gate and kills the mind flayers army,"
"Will's apart of that army." Lucas says.
"He likes it cold." Joyce says.
A few minutes later, Joyce, Johnathan, Nancy, and sedated Will go outside to their car and drive away.
"El, I'm coming with you." Thirteen says.
"No Thee. It's too dangerous." El says.
"El, who is going to keep the demo-dogs busy?" Thee asks. "They will be everywhere!"
"Thee, I said no." El says. "I'm not losing my sister."
"Neither am I." Thee says. "I'm coming with no matter what."
El sighs. "Ok. Fine."
Thirteen walks into the living room and grabs Steve's hoodie that you kept. She puts it on.
"Thee, please don't go." Steve says.
"Steve, I have to help El." Thirteen says.
"Then I'm coming. I'm not letting you get hurt." Steve says.
"Steve, no. It is way to dangerous! You have to stay with the kids anyway." Thirteen says. She starts to leave the room.
Steve grabs her wrist. "Wait." He says. Thirteen looks back.
"Don't get hurt. Please." Steve says. He hugs Thirteen. Thirteen hugs him back.
They look each other in the eyes and Steve kisses Thirteen's lips.
Thirteen stands there shocked for a moment. She looks down but then looks up at Steve again and kisses him back.
Steve holds onto Thirteen. "Take this." He says. He puts a blue bracelet with a silver charm that is shaped like an S on Thirteens wrist.
Thirteen hugs Steve. "Thank you." Steve smiles.
Hopper yells from the other room. "Come on Thirteen!"
"I better go." Thirteen says. Steve kisses her cheek.
"Don't get hurt." Steve says. "Be careful, super dooper careful."
"I won't." Thirteen says. She kisses Steve's cheek and they both walk outside to the car.
Steve stands on the porch while Thirteen gets in the car with El and Hopper. He sadly smiles as they drive away.
