Ash's Pov:

Damn it, Sam! he almost saw you! Right before he walked out the door, he turned his back and mimicked two people kissing, referring to me and Connie..

Time jump, 30 minutes
Connie's Pov
"Hey.. uhm.. Ash?"
"Yeah, whats-uh- uhm, what's...up?" Ash answered, realizing I'm only in boxers.
"Just to be clear.. Are you.. fine with me sleeping in just these?" I asked, blushing.
"uh-uhm... y-yeah. You can have my bed, I'll sleep on the couch."
"th-thanks!" I called, while walking towards his room.

he was staring. he kept staring at my tiny chest. I was blushing really hard, but he couldn't tell because of the color of my fur.
It doesn't matter- I should get sleep. Sam and the others are coming up again tomarrow, and Ash wants me to stick around again. it's nice, having friends. I feel like I really belong, too. I start school at Ozeton High in a few days, so sadly all this will come to an end. I crawled into Ash's bed, it smelled like him, I cuddled myself into the sheets, happy.

Ash's Pov:
"Damn cute little fox.." I spoke quietly, while thinking of his body.
he was perfect..he was blushing, too. I blushed as well, who couldn't? he's perfect. I sighed, and looked over. is that his sketchbook? I grabbed it. I should look at his drawings, but I don't wanna invade on his privacy... I set it back down.

I heard a slight whimper from my Bedroom.
Connie? I stood up, and snuck to my room. there he was, on top of my blankets, bare, and cold. Connie was Curled up into a ball, preserving his body warmth. he's shivering and his teeth are chattering. Connie was cuddling his tail.
"No...N-Nick. No..no. NO!" He woke, crying. "Woah! A-ash.. sisnt know you were in here-" he whimpered out.
"i... heard you whimpering. I came to check on you."
He broke down into tears, and collapsed into my arms.
"oh Ash... thank you. I never had anyone care for me so much.." he spoke over waves of tears.
"oh... uhm. no problem. and uh.. w-whos nick..?" He looked at me like I mentioned a ghost.

Connie's Pov:
"n-nick? he was.. my friend.. how do you know him?"
"oh.. you were saying his name in your sleep...if you don't mind..what happened to him?"

Time jump: 15 minutes
"And..thats what happened... worry its.it's.. tragic." I told him the entire story. he was my friend.. and I liked him. I liked him..
"Well... if there's anything you wanna talk about, I'm here, okay?"
"th-thanks, Ash." I stood up grabbed my sketchbook, and started towards Ash's bed again.
"Hey.. Connie..?" Ash called behind me.
"yeah...?"
"Goodnight.. little fox." He winked at me.
"yeah... goodnight Ash."
Little fox? He called me little fox.. whats that supposed to mean.? he winked too, what the hell- does he- no... we just met today. I crawled back in bed and fell asleep immediately. that night I dreamt of Ash..petting my head while we cuddle, I liked it.. but wish it was true.

Time jump, 4 hours
"Connie... Connie- c-connie!" I woke to Ash, calling my name. even with his fur a mess, he was amazing. he looked great. he IS great.
"Sam, Anna, and, Jared are coming up, they want you to be awake before they get here.
"oh.. okay."
"they'll be here in an hour, so we can hang until then." I got up. Ash and I hung out for the next 30 minutes, we played a few games on his game console. Ash let me use his shower, and borrow some of his clothes. I have to admit.. I looked decent in the oversized hoodie. I wet my paws and tried to at least comb my fur with it. my hairs just naturally a mess, so oh well. I walked out of the bathroom, and saw Ash at the kitchen counter, looking at me. I blushed, realizing I'm wearing his clothes.
"Hey, Connie! they look good on ya!" He said As the door opened to Anna And Sam.

Sam Pov:
"So... Anna. I have a plan."
"yeah? what's up"
"so Asher Likes Connie, right? I say we do everything we can to get him to confess. they seem like they'd be a good couple."
"oh! we could Play truth or dare. we can make it get progressively more 'serious'."
"good idea! we're pulling in now."

Ash's Pov:
Wow..of course they walk in as I complement him...but they do look good on him though.
"hey guys! where's Jared?" I Asked them.
"eeeh something came up. he'll be here soon.
"cool. cool." I responded.
"hey.. uhm- d-do you guys need help with anything? I can clean if you need me to." Connie spoke up.
"no.. little fox your alright. your our guest, remember?" I answered. I noticed Sam raising an eyebrow at me, smirking. I gave him the death stare.
"so I was thinking, we can order pizza, play a few games, and have a slumber party-!" Anna spoke up
"Sure, sounds like a great idea.! just don't do anything stupid.." I mumbled.

So that was quick. I worked on this part all morning. I'm trying to be very productive with this story, hope you all enjoy!
