First Day (5)

Connie's Pov:
I walked into the school for the first time, already sad. I told Ash how I felt, but at what cost? all we did was exchange numbers. I wanted to look him dead in the eyes, and kiss him, but I was too embarrassed to do so.. if I ever see him again, I'll do what I was to scared to do.

my phone buzzed. A message from Ash.
"Have a nice day at school <3
I have a suprise for you. ;)"
suprise? how. we aren't near eachother-
I walked to my locker, being forced to walk by a croud of tough looking furs.
"Hey fox!" One of the lions in the croud called out. he stomped over to me, and pushed me into the locker. "We're gonna make this clear only once, we own this school, so stay the hell out of our way, or else I'll break every bone in that tiny wimpy ass body. you got it!?"
"I- got it.." I responded. great. first day and I'm already getting bullied. u definitely can't let them find out I'm gay. Ash.. I miss you.

I gathered all my things and walked to my first class. of course I had to be introduced.
"Class, we have a new student, welcome Conan to the classroom! Conan, you can sit wherever in the back." nice, the back. it's always a privilege to sit in the back. I sat next to a fur, he had his head buried in a book. he was somewhat smirking, but I couldn't tell, the book was in the way.

Time Jump: 35 mins
The bell rung, everyone got up, lunch time wow, that was fast.
I got out of my seat, I thought I was the last one. I started to walk away when a paw grabbed my shoulder.
I quickly turned around to see that fur from earlier.
"A-Ash!!?"

Ash's Pov
"...I have a suprise for you. ;)" I text connie.. I can't wait to see his reaction. we have all of our classes together, perfect.
I went to my first class, and sat in
one of three open seats in the back. I hid my face in a book so he didn't see me. The door opened a little while later, it was him. now I'd lie, and say I wasn't excited, but my tail was wagging pretty damn fast. the teacher introduced him, and he sat RIGHT next to me. I did everything in my power to avoid my tail shaking.

at the end of the class I hurried behind him, and grabbed his shoulder. he quickly turned around.
"A-Ash!!?" his face lit up with excitement. he ran up to me, and melted in my arms.
"you go go this school too!? thank God. I thought I'd never see again.."
"you know my door is always open to friends and maybe more then friends"
"riiight- OH lunch time, let's not be late!"
Connie's Pov
Ash and I walked down the hallway towards the cafeteria.
I can't take it anymore. I need his touch.
I slowly put my paw in his, tightening my grip around it. I embraced him in a warm hug,
"I love you..." I spoke quietly.
"I love you too Connie."

while walking down the hall, I caught glimpse of that same lion from earlier. he was walking to the cafeteria with his punk-buddies. I gripped Ash's hand tighter.
please don't notice me. please don't notice me, I thought.

"Hey. I need to grab something from my locker, run ahead, I'll catch up." Ash spoke.
"o-ok." I responded, scared of being caught alone by the lion.

Time Jump: 5 minutes
I sat down with my food, and waited for Ash. I sat alone, so that Him and I could be the only ones sitting at the table. where are you Ash...
"Hey fox! see your sitting alone, isn't that sad? no friends or anything to talk to. damn that sucks." that damn lion called to me, approaching. him and his gang of punk-buddies were doing that annoying fake laugh. the lion came up and patted my back in an aggressive manner.
"We won't hurt you... yet." he whispered. "nobody will defend someone like you." He stood up and started chatting with his friends.

I heard a tray get sat down behind me. I turned to see Ash. my tail fluttered a bit when I saw his beautiful face. at least I'm under the protection if my wolf now. I turned and looked at the lion, his face was in awe at the sight of Ash sitting with me. oh well, this is my time with Ash. we started chatting.

"so.. nomnom... I assume you were the suprise-?"
"yup. did you like your suprise?"
"no. I loved it." I giggled
"well there's another suprise for you after school, you do wanna come over- right?"
"obviously. how couldn't I hang out with my wolf?"
Ash blushed, he looked so cute when he was embarrassed-! crap. now im blushing... I tend to do this thing where I put my hood up when I'm embarrassed, hopefully he doesn't find out that it's the reason I have it up right now.
"so do the others go to those school too?"
"na. they're lame and decided to go to a different school, but at least we can stick together!"
"yeah, oh hey I'm gonna use the bathroom, be right back" I told Ash.
"okay, don't be long!" He responded.
I was walking down the hall, when I heard a second set of footsteps behind me. I peeked over my shoulder to see who it was...Shit. it's that tiger. and he's following me. shortly behind him was a racoon; probably one of his punk-buddy jerks.
"Hey bitch, you wanna see what we do to the gays like you?" the lion called. "Jerome, get him."
the racoon started walking towards me, my survival instinct kicked in, and I ran. luckily us foxes are quiet fast, so I outran him easily, but I didn't know where I was going, it's still my first day at school, after all.
"Hey fox fag! I'll find you!"
I started to panic, where was the cafeteria?! I went into such a panic attack that I didn't know where I was running. I'm lost... shoot shoot shoot where was my phone.

I went through my pockets, I must have dropped it. I cant text ash.. im all alone. I ran around a corner, and practically bumped into the racoon, he turned and grabbed me.
"Got you, fucker." he said as the lion appeared behind him.
"I warned you, I said not to get in our way, and what's the first thing you do? get right in our way. your boyfriend can't protect you now, can he?"
the lion punched me in the stomach. I fell to the floor, clutching my belly. he picked me up and threw me into the locker, he kneed me in the crotch and I fell to the floor again.
"fucking fag- hnpgh" he kicked me multiple times.

"p-pleaas..." I struggled to speak as blood dripped from my muzzle. he picked me up again and punched my skull in few times. blood flowed from my nose, muzzle, and mouth. my head was slammed into a puddle of my own blood.
"¡Vamos hombre, tenemos que irnos!" the racoon spoke.
the lion kicked me in the stomach once more. I was laying there, watching them run away. I couldn't move,I was weak. I .
was...alone.

I blacked out.

p.s: the 'love' chapter my be soon! (a chapter all about Connie and Ash strengthening their relationship. in multiple ways too, hehe.
