Connie's Pov:
"Man. nick, you crazy man. I'd never be able to do that."
"well you know me. I'm a crazy cat. oh, Connie.. I wanna ask you something."
"whats up?"
"you always talk to me at the school, why here?"
"i- I don't know man. it's just been where I've known you all my life. how couldn't I pick it?"
"yeah but.. I died here."
"yeah. but talking to you here in my dreamscape is.. comforting. ya know-?"
"but a lion just beat the shit out of you man. doesn't that... I don't know, give you PTSD?"
"na. besides... Ash will find me and help, he's just protective like that. I love it..."
"speaking of ash... you ever gonna bring him into one of these dreams so I can meet em? he seems like a nice boyfriend."
"I'll try next time nick. I promise. hey sorry to cut this short...I feel like my body's waking up."

He messed with my fur, we fistbumped, and everything went black.
I woke up with bandages around my head, a bunch of bandaids everywhere, and a paw in my right paw wait- paw-?

I looked over, Ash was sitting there. he was asleep, and he had his hand tightly gripped around mine. he looked so peaceful, so good looking. he had a black and grey hoodie on, with the hood covering most of his head. I reached over and checked my phone.
September 19!? my first school day was the 16th, does that mean I was sleeping for three whole days? dang. I checked the notifications.
"got a call from school, you okay?" a text from dad.
"yeah im fine. my boyf-" he doesn't know. I don't want him to know. not yet...
"yeah I'm fine, my friend helped me" I responded.
I sat my phone down as I hurt movement behind me.
"y-your awake!" Ash shot up, hugging me tight.
"heyyy ash... b-be careful, im still hurt remember-" I said playfully
"I'm never letting you leave my sight again! when I found you, you were... barely breathing." he choked with tears in his eyes. "i...i-i thought I lost you... please. don't do that again... C-connie I don't want anything to happen to you.." Ash broke down into tears, clutching my hand. that's it. I can't see him like this.

"Ash. look at me.." I spoke with a semi confident voice. he followed my instruction.
I took a deep breath, and grabbed the collar of his shirt, pulling him in.

my eyes closed, my mouth opened. I kissed his soft mouth. he was beautiful. I felt his body quivering, it was so... cute. he put his arms around me, breaking the kiss.
"C-Connie I love you..." he leaned in, kissing me this time. Ash slowly lowered his hand into mine, turning the kiss into a make out session.

Time Jump: 15 minutes
"Phew. that was... Connie. that w-was.. amazing." Ash spoke while trying to discretely hide a boner.
I saw him trying to hide it, I blushed, while getting intrusive thoughts of my own.
I grabbed his shoulder, looked him dead in the eye, and started making out with him. it got a little crazy, and i..I... ended up on top of him. I sat up,
"o-oh..sorry ash-" I got super embarrassed.
"n-no.. its-" Ash spoke, getting cut off.

"Hey love birds!" Ana called from the doorway, "next time your gonna have sex, close the damn door! I don't wanna see that!" she exclaimed. I was confused, until I realized I was still on top of ash, blushing, and out of breath.
"N-No! We werent-" I stumbled
"it's okay. I know what you were doing. it was cute! don't worry I won't tell anyone." Anna responded, "you guys are a cute couple. honest."
"well...lions and racoons don't seem to think that." I mumbled, finally climbing off Ash
"oh I forgot! how are you little fox? i- we heard you got jumped!"
"Y-Yeah im fine. Ash came to my rescue."
"d'aaw. your big bad wolf came to your rescue. how cute!" she spoke like she was talking to a toddler.
she left the room, with her phone in her paws. me and Ash's phone buzz, it's a message from Anna in the group chat with Ash, me, Anna, Sam, and Jared in. it was a picture.. of me making out with ash,, and I was on top of him. it was captioned: "You Guys will not believe who I caught doin the dirty!
everyone started responding to it.
"Yo! they dating? I didn't know that!"
"Since WHEN!?"
"dayuuuum"
one message stook out.
"Anna! Fuck off! mind your own damn business and stop making fun of us! we're just a couple doing couple things!"
oh Ash... even over the phone your protecting me. your such a perfect boyfriend...
Timeskip: 1 hour
I woke up in ash's arms. the were so soft and big. his tail was wrapped around me like a blanket.
there's something about being Wrapped in Ash's giant, cuddly, fur, that made me... calm. I cuddled myself into his chest as I felt his paw pat my head.

we were watching a movie, I didn't know what it was, I was too focused on ash to tell.
"h-how did we get on the couch..?"
I asked.
"you don't remember-? once Anna left, you woke up, drug me to the couch, and pushed me over. you turned on a movie, climbed into my arms, and passed out"
"huh. I must be really tired. and... really strong if I dragged you and pushed you around-!" I laughed.
I got slight goosebumps, if you told past me that I'd be dating this perfect fur, I'd honestly call you crazy!

Ash held me tight as I started to fade back to sleep. my tail gently cuddled with his, and I went back to sleep.
"Nick? nick im here!" I called to nick, this time picking ash's house instead of the school.
"sup bro! you didn't pick the school this time! wait where is this anyways-?" nick appeared on the couch.
"We're at ashes house silly."
"oh? why's that?"
"well if you must know- we shared our first kiss.. and I have a suprise for you."
"suprise huh? cool!"
"turn around." I said with somewhat of a grin.
he turned, did turned back.
"is- that him-?" he spoke in awe.
I nodded.
"H-hey ash! you probably don't know me but im n-"
"Hey nick, how are you?"

Nick genuinely looked terrified of ash- I mean to be fair.. Ash towered over him.
"dude! you are so lucky! he's probably an amazing boyfriend!"

suddenly, the mood of the dream changed. the sky became black, everything looked abandoned, and nick was gone.
"C-connie.. what is this? what's happening-?" Ash Choked up.
"i- I dunno" I responded.
we started to hear footsteps, fleshy, uneven footsteps.
"Conaaan, Aaaaash Come on friends, let's play!" there halted at the front door, was Nick. he was... he wasn't our nick. he looked like a zombie.
"Run." Ash whispered. we bolted for ash's bedroom door. we opened it, expecting to see a bedroom, but instead the campus
of the school; where he died.
"what the hell!?" Ash exclaimed.
we turned around, Nick, Jane, Sam, Anna, and a few others all there, zombified.
"Come join us." they chanted, noting out of the way so we could see a dead version of me and ash.
"Connie, get behind me." I listened.
I got behind Ash, and closed my eyes, trying to stay calm.

I woke. I was still in ash's arms, I was trembling and crying, but I had my wolfs protection now.

Ok guys. so... I know I said like every week, but I've been on vacation and didn't have time.
as soon as I got home I got to work. I didn't really know where to go with this chapter, so I just made Connie and Ash have their first kiss (Yay! <3) and I just made Connie have a nightmare, but it was for a reason!
even though crap was going wrong, Ash was still there to protect him. even in the real world, he held Connie in his arms the whole time.
anyways- love you guys!

p.s.
so im contemplating making the next chapter An nsfw yiff chapter. I haven't decided yet, considering my writing sucks, and I'd want it to be a perfect chapter. plus I've never written yiff before so—
(it's not gonna be a yiff part. I need to strengthen Ash and Connie's relationship even more first.
