(this part is going to be like a day after part 7)

"Hey Guys! you ready for a day of nonstop shopping?" Connie spoke with a rather enlightened mood
"yeah sure!"
"totally."
"yep! I'm ready!" everyone answered.
after yesterday, Connie felt like he needed to be more of a friend then just some fur that hangs around and crys all the time. plus.. he realized he should stop wearing Ash's clothes, despite how good they looked and smelled.
everyone was there, together, all cramped together into jared's Tiny Car. Jared was driving, Sam was in front beside him, and Connie, Ash, and Anna were in the back. Ash had the window seat, and Connie was between him and Anna.
"ok guys, we're about ten minutes from the mall, anybody hungry before we get there?" Jared asked them.

they all took note of their hunger, and agreed, some food would be nice.
"yeah, I'm pretty hungry.. but isn't there a food court-?" Sam Spoke up
"yeah, there is. I was asking if anybody was hungry to see if I needed to park near the food court, duh." Jared responded, making Sam instantly feel dumb.

We Parked, climbed out of the vehicle. and walked towars the food court entrance.

[Editers note: how the heck Is furry supposed to grip a steering wheel? they have no thumbs-! just paws! like.. Jared is a tiger, he's supposed to have paws, but it's just impossible to grip a wheel, well.. come to think of it, it'd be impossible to grip anything with a normal paw..
ok, for now on in this story, I'm just gonna call them hands. it makes it way more sense so they can grip stuff. the readers can imagine them as paws, im just sticking with hands, not paws, not hand-paw mixed, just hands.
if I call them paws by accident, oh well, I'm making this story for fun.]

Walking through the parking lot, Connie's Eyes Remained locked On Ash. he had a little mini smile, quickly growing to the size of his whole muzzle, due to Ash Gripping his hand and pulling him closer to his Body.
"D'aaaw, aren't they just so cute??" Anna was nudging Sam and jared
around. Connie blushed, Ash tightened his grip."y'know, just because you guys don't have any bitches, doesn't mean you should make fun of me and Connie." Ash shot at the others, having an aggressive yet playful tone, causing Connie to Blush even harder."
"even if he's just joking around.. he's still defending me, defending us. it was so.. perfect as always." Connie thought.

Connie's been spacing out all morning, ever since last night, all he could think about was their first kiss, he thought about how amazing it was, How he ended up on top of Ash, and he actually sort of liked that him and Ash got caught by Anna. it all felt like a dream, not the dream where zombie versions of your friends chase you, but a perfect, paradise where everything goes as planned.
he flashbacked to Last night, specifically when he was on top of Ash. Every little detail, he remembered every little thing about being on top of Ash.

Connie Pov:

O-Oh my god! I can't believe it.. I was thinking about Me and Ash Kissing, how I somehow got on top of ash... I didn't realize it then, but while I was on top of ash, I was actually kind of.. hard. even worse- we were... grinding against eachother. it was so hot. if only we could-
"Connie? Connie you good?" Ash snapped me back to reality.
"Y-Yeah. sorry.. just thinking-" I replied, pushing away my intrusive thoughts.
"you were making me worried, just wanted to make sure you were okay." Ash Bent over, and Gave me a peck on the forehead, causing me to blush..
"Ahem. you two lovebirds gonna order anything? or- you just gonna stand there?" Jared asked us, acting annoyed.
"oh yeah, sorry. oh Connie, you gotta try the sushi over there!"
we all split up, Anna Went to get pizza, Sam and Jared went to get burgers, and me and ash got sushi.

we sat at one of the tables and waited for our food.
"so... about last night-" Ash mumbled
"i-um.. what about it-?"
"I'm sorry if that made you uncomfortable.."
"w-what? the kiss? no no it was fine."
"Connie, love. I'm not talking about the kiss..."
I blushed uncontrollably, I knew what he meant.
"Ash i-"
"hey. didn't you read the sign? no gays allowed, you need to leave." The waiter spoke, coming to our table.
"Seriously?! what sign?" Ash growled, clenching his fists.
"Dude really? stupid homophobe"
I spoke.
figures. I knew there'd be obstacles to overcome in me and Ash's relationship. while Ash and the waiter argued, I looked for the sign the waiter spoke of.

there, there on the counter was a sign on it. it read: "No Homo■■■■■■ allowed!" part of the sign was taped, making it unreadable.
"Hey! arlo, stop being an Ass to the customers!" the manager came out from the back.
the manager and Waiter started arguing. Ash and I gave eachother a look of annoyance.
"get out. your fired." the manager spoke. "I'm so sorry you two, anything I can help you with?"
"N-no. thank you though."
we watched the manager walk over to the sign, and peel the tape off of it.
"No Homophobes Allowed!" it read. we ate for a bit, then met up with the others.

Time Jump: 20 minutes
We went to a clothing shop first, We all picked out a few outfits, especially me, cause I've been borrowing clothes from Ash this entire time.
"Hey guys, im gonna go to the clothing shop over there, be right back." I called.
"Ok!" they replied
it was a store with mostly hoodies, jeans, and t-shirts with prints and decals on them. I searched through a few isles and ended up picking this one hoodie with a Galaxy and planet on.
my phone vibrates, a text from Ash.

"headin to the other end of mall, u comin? ❤️"
"Yeah, be there. | shortly, love. | you!"
"Don't be long!
love u 2 :D"

I gathered the clothes I picked out and made my way to the other side of the mall, to meet up with Ash. on the way there, i noticed a Romantic Chocolate store.
"Ash loves Chocolate! I should get him some as a suprise." I spoke to myself.

Ok. sorry I took so long with this chapter. been reeaal busy this week and barely had any time to work on it. I was gonna make this chapter longer, but since it's been awhile, I decided to just end end it with that. I mean oh well, A group of Fur Friends shopping at a mall isn't that interesting- I still don't really know when to do a Yiff chapter, so let me know when you guys would be interested in one!

P.S: I start school again in like a weeks time, so chapters may take longer to make.
