Chapter 4

"Come back safe, ok?" you told the two boys, who were ready to leave, to the final selection of becoming a demon slayer.
"Hey! And don't forget to train, and if you think your ready ask Urokodaki or find someone else to teach you a breathing style" Giyuu said in a strict tone as if he was your teacher. In a matter of fact he was, he was the one who helped you the past few months and he was the one who inspired you, to become a demon slayer.
You had to laught.
"I will Tomioka-sensei" you joked while bowing down. That silly action of yours had caused Sabito to laught.
"What has gotten into the two of you? It's not like your never going to see each other again!" he brought out between laughter.
Damn you Sabito, you thought.

"Hey before we go.. I want to do something, and when we're back you can tell me your answer, ok Y/N?" Giyuu told you carefully.
"Umm- sure, what is it?" you simply asked, not expecting what he would do the next moment.
Giyuu let out a sight and pulled you into a hug. As he layed his hands on your hips you felt your cheeks heating up. You always had this fuzzy feeling in your stomach when he hugged you like this, well it happened pretty rarely.. but still you liked it.
He was only a few inches away from your face and you flushed even more redder than before (If that was even possible)
Giyuu moved his right Hand to your cheeks the other one still grabbing your waist.
"G- giyuu..?!" You stuttered before you felt his lips on your. It took you a few moments to realise what was happening, but soon after you melted into the kiss, not wanting this moment to stop, ever.
He pulled away and your heard him say..

"I love you Y/N.. and I want you to be my girlfriend.." with that, he left..

"Well I guess Giyuu found some interest in you, huh?" I turned around to see Urokodaki standing behind me.

Crap... I totally forgot about him.. curse you giyuu!

You chuckled slightly, making an excuse you had some homework left. Afterwards you realized it was pretty stupid since it's holidays..

Oh.. is he going to hate me now? I lied to him.. but I was nervous! He'll understand that.. right? You chuckled.

Your POV

I was laying in my bed rethinking of the moment that happened hours ago, always and always again. His girlfriend..
It was cute how shy he asked me that and he gave me enought time to think, but I already know how to answer his question. I'm gonna say yes. I'll be Giyuu's girlfriend.
I smiled and got up from bed to make myself a snack. I sang while doing so..

My Father used to Sing me that song all the time, it was in english so when I was younger I never knew what the rext meant. But know I know, at first I was kind of shocked but got used to it relative fast.

Otōsan.. how are you doing up there, hm?

I ate my meal and prepared myself to train.
When I arrived at the place were Giyuu and I would train I immediately missed him and Sabito. They're going to be gone for a week or more.. I guess I'll suprise them when they get home and train a little bit more than usual! I motivated myself. It was during school work pretty rare that I got to train, but Giyuu and Sabito didn't had to go to school. Giyuu haven't had any family. They all died when he was very young, and his sister not so long ago, so Mr. Urokodaki took care of him. Sabito's parents were both demon slayer and wanted him to become one too, They met each other at a misson and hope the same luck They had would follow their son, so he didn't have to go to school. Urokodaki simply didn't want to einrollen Giyuu in a school, so I was the only one of us three going to school. From time to time the boys would be interested in some things we do in school and ask me thousand of questions about it. It was really funny, 'cause if I don't know the answer myself no one did. And Otōsan wasn't there to help me anymore.. but I promised him I would have a good future so I studied for hours sometimes and always got A or B marks! I would be lying if I said I never got any C's but that happens rarely.

Two hours later I decided to end training for today, I still wasn't used on doing as much as the boys. It's difficult but I'm able to keep it up!
