The next morning, 3:00 a.m....

Ezra was in the vents again, ready to mess with someone else's sleep. Slowly, he pushed his backpack full of... Stuff ahead of him, making sure not to make too much noise.

He was already making the vents groan under his weight, no need to make anymore unnecessary noise.

"Almost... There..." He mumbled. After a few more minutes, he reached the opening of the vent. Peering in, he could see paintings, letting him know that this was indeed Sabine's room.

He reached into his bag of... Stuff and pulled out a clear jar full of a deep red liquid. It was paint.

"She is so gonna kill me for this." Ezra said, unscrewing the jar and positioning it over the vent grating. Sabine turned around in her sleep. When her front was facing up, he tipped the jar and the paint spilled through the opening, dripping onto her face.

She wrinkled her nose but remained asleep, much to Ezra's disappointment.

He frowned. "Krip. I really thought that would work. Oh well, there's always plan B!" He took out another jar, but it wasn't full of paint this time around.

Nope, it was filled with glitter.

Smiling, he tipped the jar and dumped it into Sabine's room. It fluttered down in a large, sparkly cloud, making the room look almost magical at the moment. But Ezra didn't care about magical, he just wanted to wake Sabine up.

"Argh...!" He growled lowly, seeing that even the glitter didn't wake her up. Disappointed, he shut his bag and made his way back to his room. He might as well get some sleep while he still can...

A few hours later...

When Ezra woke up a little later, he was aware of a presence in front of him. He slowly blinked his eyes open, expecting Kanan to be there to get him up for training. But he was wrong.

It wasn't Kanan, it was Sabine. And she did not look happy at all.

"You better have a good explanation for this!" She yelled, pointing at her face.

"Uhhhhhhh..."

"That's what I thought."

"Well, if that's all," Ezra said, getting off his bunk. "I think I'll go now." Before he could get to the door though, Sabine grabbed his arm. Hard.

"Oh no, no, no, no, no. You are not going anywhere." She said, pulling him back. "Not without a scratch."

Ezra limped out of his room a few minutes later, trying to suppress a moan. 'Note to self,' he thought. 'Never prank Sabine again...'.
