"What? S-so you're saying... I was right! The howling was obviously from a wolf!" Hilda gasped happily. "But... who?"

"I... can't go that far, Hilda... I'm sorry." Callum said sadly. He did seem apologetic, so Hilda softened on him.

"Okay. Umm, can you at least tell me where the howling came from?"

"By the port. At the seaside." Callum sighed.

"Oh! Okay, thank you!... oh! I've got to go back to class! See you soon, Callum!" Hilda waved as she ran off to class.

"Bye..." Callum waved.

After school, Hilda, Frida and David were just exiting the school when they heard a yell.

"Stop it, Percy! People are looking!"

"Oh right... sorry..." Percy lowered his voice, "but still... how could you do this? I trusted you not to tell anyone!"

"Yeah! But this girl has a little brother, and I caught the scent of a wolf from him!" Callum explained, "That's how I found him! And his big sister, Hilda, was suspecting that there was a wolf anyway!"

"Wait... so there's more of our kind here?" Percy's eyes widened. Callum nodded.

Seeing this, Hilda tapped her friends on the shoulders and said, "Sorry guys... y-you can go on first..."

"Hilda, are you sure you're alright?" David asked.

"Yeah! Yeah! I..." Hilda turned to see Callum and Percy already leaving, and turned to catch up with them.

"W-wait... Hilda!" Frida called after her.

"Sorry, guys it's really an emergency! S-see you guys tomorrow?" Hilda waved as her voice trailed after her. David and Frida were then again left standing there.

"She's really going nuts about this wolf thing." David said.

"Callum! Callum!" Hilda called. Callum and Percy turned. Hilda halted in front of them panting.

"O-oh! Hilda! Percy and I were just talking about you! Percy, this is the girl I've been talking about!" Callum introduced with a smile. Percy's eyes widened.

"Err... Hilda - nice to meet you... um, I have a question... I assume you have a brother, right?" Percy asked eagerly. Hilda raised an eyebrow, "Yes?"

"Does he have silver hair?"

"Oddly enough, yes."

"Blue eyes?"

"He does."

There was a silent pause. Percy looked as though he had found something he had deeply treasured and lost for a long time.

"That's him."

"It is? It really is?"

"Yes."

Hilda was really confused, "Is there anything wrong with my brother?"

"No, but-"

"It has something to do with what I told you during lunch." Callum cut in. Hilda's eyebrows arched in surprise, "You mean the wolf thing? O-oh yeah! I was wondering if you could come with me to the seaside, maybe if we find something you'll know about it."

"Sure! See you at home, big bro Percy!"

Percy stared, then shrugged, "I'm fine with anything."

"We need to go my house, first though. My mum just went to drop Luke off because he got dropped off early, because it's his first day and he seems particularly overwhelmed so we just have to wait till she comes back here. Oh! My mum is here! Let's go!"
