"Reece, Reece, Reece" Leo whisper shouts my name repeatedly as he speed walks over to me. We work at the country club so we have to be really quiet so we don't disturb the many old millionaires in the bar area.

"What?" I ask quietly.

"I was outside and this silver Rolls Royce pulls up so I go to like open the car doors and shit. Guess who's car it was?" He asks me nuts doesn't give me any chance to reply "the Gonzales. Who was sat in the back seat? Lexi"

"She's here?!"

"Yeah, about to walk in here, in 5......4......3.....2......and 1" just as Leo finishes his countdown the grand front doors open and Aaron and Gianna stroll in with Lexi behind them. It does make sense that they're here as her grandparents arrived ten minutes ago.

"When she saw me she looked like was going to have a stroke, also she doesn't have her red hair anymore" Leo states the very obvious.

Before Lexi moved she had a massive mental breakdown and died her hair red I was there when she did it and I don't think I was much help, it was like that for a couple months but she must have stopped dying it. "Isn't it going to be weird as you have to serve her?"

"Not today, either Marcus or Easton will. I'm on the bar today"

"What about Max?"

"He's on the golf course"

I look over at Lexi who's smiling as her Dad tells her something, her smile slowly fades away as her big grey eyes look at me. She quickly turns away and look at the floor.

"Awkward" Leo mutters and I hit a rag in his face which messes up his hair "Dude!"

"Go be a doll and do your job and leave me alone"

"Okay, sugar" Leo wonder off and I go back to stocking up the fridge with wine and bear bottles.

"Reece?" I hear Aaron's voice behind me making me knock over two wine bottles but thank the heavens they didn't break. I place them inside the crater before standing up and facing him. "When did you start working here?" He asks me. He's alone so I'm guessing Gia and Lexi have already gone outside.

"Nearly a year ago, your Father was actually the one that got me and my friends a job here" I say as Marcus and Easton both walk inside looking like they're about to tell me what Leo just told me.

"Nearly a year? That's longer than I lasted here"

"You worked here?"

"Yep. My Dad also hustled with the owner to get me a job but I only lasted a month. Anyways, I'll see you later" he says and then turns away and walks outside.

I look at Marcus and Easton and hey look like they are about to shit themselves. "Rock, paper, scissors to see who waits their table" Marcus.

"I'll do it, Aaron Gonzales tips more than he actually pays so I'll see you losers later" Easton pats Marcus on the shoulder and then happily walks outside.

It's going to be a long shift today.
