I opened my eyes slowly. I immediately felt a pulsating ache in my head. I groaned and rolled over to grab my aspirins from my nightstand. I frowned when I didn't found them and straightened up in the bed. I felt a huge wave of panic invade me when I saw my surroundings.
"No, no, no." I mumbled when I saw a frame in the wall with a picture of Charles and Pierre. I quickly stood up and cursed under my breath when I realized I had his shirt on.
I grabbed my things from the floor and took of the shirt to slip into my white dress from last night. The memories of what happened flooding my head. Every memory making me want to leave this place even more and more. I walked to the door and opened it slowly. I winced when it creaked. I peeked my head out and looked around.
When I was sure there was no one I silently walked out, tip-toeing with my heels in my hands.
"Leaving already?" A voice made me jump startled. I turned around and saw Pierre leaning against the kitchen counter with a cup of coffee in his hands.
"Mon Dieu. You almost scared me to death." I put my hand on my chest trying to make my heart beat normally.
"Don't worry, Charles left to run some errands. Coffee?" He asked and took a sip of his cup.
"No, thanks. I better get going." I replied nervously and he smiled a little bit.
"Fun night?" He asked raising his eyebrows and I sighed.
"Not at all." I replied putting my hand on my head.
"You still hate him?" He asked and I frowned.
"Who?"
"Charles."
"Of course I do."
"You didn't seem to hate him yesterday."
"I was drunk."
"I could see that."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"I'm just saying." He smirked and took another sip of his coffee. "You're just lying to yourselves with the "enemies" act."
"I'm too hungover for this." I walked to the door and walked out closing the door behind me putting my heels on.
"See you later!" I heard Pierre's voice.
I chuckled and made my way out of the building, praying not to see any familiar faces. I walked down the street. I was heading to Margot's apartment, it was only a few blocks away. I entered the white building and made my way up the stairs. I knocked on the door and didn't get an answer. I knocked again.
"Coming!" I heard a familiar voice but it wasn't Margot's.
The black door opened and I saw Lando standing on the other side. My jaw almost fell to the floor. His eyes widened and he cleared his throat trying to regain his posture.
"Who is it?" I heard Margot's voice and Lando looked at me nervously.
"Elodie." Lando replied and I smiled tilting my head.
Margot appeared behind Lando and her eyes widened when she saw me. She grabbed Lando's hand putting him behind her to talk to me.
"Hello, Margie." I smiled and blinked innocently. "Nice shirt." I noticed she was wearing Lando's shirt.
"Yeah." She chuckled nervously. "What the hell are you doing here?" She whispered and I laughed.
