"Elodie Bennet!" Margot yelled and I groaned burying my face on the soft pillow.

"Five more minutes." I begged and I heard her sigh.

"I'm gonna be late. We're gonna be late. You promised Pierre you'd be at the Alpha Tauri pit box." Margot reminded me and I groaned again. "Come on." She pulled my feet and dragged me across the bed. I kicked her hand and she winced. "Ouch, you bitch." She pulled my feet harder and I fell on the carpet.

I yelped when I hit the ground. Margot straightened up and fixed her coat to then cross her arms and glare at me.

"I don't wanna see him." I admitted and I saw her features soften. She took a deep breath and walked towards me.

"Elodie, you're gonna have to face him sooner or later. He's an idiot, you lost nothing." She kneeled down besides me and I looked down and made a face.

"I feel like a fucking idiot." I hugged my legs and she brushed a strand of hair behind my ear.

"You're not. Let's get you all pretty and show him what he lost." She gave me a comforting smile and I smiled and nodded.

"And I brought the perfect weapon." I stood up and walked towards the closet. I opened it and pulled a short red skirt.

"Damn. If I was him I would regret my entire life decisions." She told me raising her eyebrows and I chuckled.

"That's exactly the point." I tilted my head smiling.

I walked in the paddock. Margot had gone to the McLaren pit box to support Lando while I made my way to the Alpha Tauri one. I honestly looked amazing.

And I felt amazing until paparazzi started shoving their cameras on my face. My face dropped when they started gathering around me. I had cameras on my face and many voices surrounding me.

"What do you have to say about Charles' new girlfriend?" A female interviewer asked and I looked at her.

"Uh, I don't know her but I'm sure she's a lovely girl. I'm happy for them." I forced a smile.

"I'm sure you are." Sarcasm dripped from her words. "So Charles and you were just a summer fling?" She asked and I scoffed and chuckled softly.

"Do you ask men this questions too?" I fired back and she went silent. "I thought so. Have a nice day." I smiled to keep walking but the paparazzi where blocking my way.

They were circling me and the circle was closing more and more. I felt short of breath and I was pissed. I hate paparazzi.

"Hey, give her some space." I heard a familiar voice.

"Hey, give her some space." I spoke pushing through the crowd and I finally saw her. "Come on, back off please." I looked around and they listened to me.

I grabbed her hand. An electric jolt running through me when I felt her soft touch. I pulled her out of the crowd and walked a little bit far until the paparazzi where left far behind.

We were at the entrances of the Red Bull pit box where we saw many crew members walking across the paddock.

"I didn't need your help." She got out of my grip and glared at me.

"A simple "thank you" would've been enough." I fired back and she scoffed.

"Thank you, my hero." Her words were full of sarcasm and she rolled her eyes walking away from me.
