"Now remind me why the hell we in a grocery store if our fridge is filled to the fucking max" I complain throwing some gushers into the cart.

"For tonight and Friday night" I raise my eyebrow "what are both of those nights?" I question following Bobbi to the chip aisle.

"Tonight we are having dinner with the Hernandez family" I cut her off "the hell" "and Friday night I'm throwing a welcome back party for Julian." "The hell again."

"When did we decide all these plans?" she shrugged her shoulders "mom just called me saying to get some stuff so she can cook for the Hernandez's."

"And I thought about this a while ago I thought I told you but I guess it just slipped my mind" I look at her. "It slipped your mind? OK well have fun I hope your not doing it at our house."

"No I'm not. I'm doing it at the beach house" thank god that means I can stay home and do me in peace and nobody bust into my room.

"And I know what your thinking you are coming" she points to herself "Jaden is going to a sleep over mom is bringing over her friends and you know how those go."

"Then I go to Skylar house" Bobbi shakes her head "don't you ever just want to have fun and not be stuck in the house all day?" "nope."

We go into checkout " what's up Alexis" I look up to see August my boyfriend for 2 years. "Hi" right now I'm mad at him so it's a little bit of bad tension between us.

I forget his ass work here because he always at parties "hey August" Bobbi say putting the groceries on the stand.

"Hey Bobbi" I try to avoid his eye contact which is hard because I'm standing right in front of him. "You coming to my party August I always see you at parties."

"Might not your sister mad at me I got to do something to not make her not mad at me" he looks at me I just roll my eyes.

Bobbi looks at me "what did he do?" she mouths me and I mouth back "I'll tell you later" "the total is $35.09" Bobbi starts digging in her purse.

I tell Bobbi everything and she keeps it a secret well sometimes she forgets about it cause she smokes entirely too much to remember anything.

So if I tell her something I know she won't run and tell the next person cause that's just not who Bobbi is.

"Well I hope both of you come to my party" she gives him the money. "Bye" she says grabbing the bags "bye."

I follow Bobbi out of the store "now what did he do?" before I can even explain somebody starts calling my name I turn around to see August .

"What?" I say "come here" I groan looking at Bobbi "I be right back" I walk up to August "don't you suppose to be working?"

"Why are you acting like this? I apologized many times and you have yet to forgive me" I don't say anything "I apologized. Alexis Jesus. What do a nigga have to do just to satisfy you?"

"All you have to do is act right" "alright man" I begin to walk away. "I thought you guys were going to kiss." I shake my head "he doesn't deserve that."

"OK now tell me what he did" "last Friday we went to a party together it was a couple costume party even though it wasn't Halloween."

We get into the car "oh that day" Bobbi nods "he was so fucking drunk he tried to have sex with me in the bathroom. That is not how I want to have sex with him for the first time."
