Could I really love you, just like this?
We only shared one kiss.
Don't you know you left me wobbly,
or did you do it knowingly?
Then you easily dismissed,
distanced yourself, and didn't reminisce
the effects of our kiss.
Yet I replayed it wantonly.
Could I really love you?
From just one kiss?
Surely I won't continue to miss
your lips - they seem to have a monopoly
over mine, however improbably
I'm curious if I'm not amiss
Could I really love you?
Rondeau.
